Victor listened to description of the problem, told us how he planned to solve it and then fixed it without adding new parts or other unnecessary upcharges. He also took a few minutes to check for moisture in the drywall in another part of the house. This is our second very good experience with Saddleback and we plan to always make you our first call.

Very knowledgeable service rep, identified our plumbing problem and had the equipment on hand to fix it. We have used SVP before, and it is always a great experience!

Paid 260 to clear a clog in my Laundry room. Ran a load after they left and there was no difference. Whatever the blockage was wasn't ever addressed so I ended up paying 260 for basically nothing.

Plumbing "issues" can be one of the most stressful for a homeowner. But Saddleback Plumbing goes a long way toward alleviating that. We have used them for years -- and don't intend to ever switch. They are consummate professionals, showing complete courtesy to my wife and I, and, though it sounds odd to say it, they respected our house as well. Chris, the lead guy, (apologies for not remembering the name of his wingman), was personable and highly competent. I don't often write reviews, but I am compelled to do so in this case because I know there are other people out there direly in need of a company as reliable as Saddleback Plumbing.

Chris and his crew are the best. They solved some difficult plumbing issues for us and were very fair on price, even when they needed to spend extra time on unforeseen things. Quick to respond to our needs and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with how fast they were able to come out! We had an issue with our AC for a few months, Justin came in and within 5 minutes, diagnosed the problem!! Replace water shut off Valves on washer water supply line and replace plastic box valves sit in. Quote from Saddleback was $715. Quote from another plumber was $250 however wasn’t available for two weeks, he referred me to another plumber which quoted $325, this plumber did an excellent job and did it right away. I would not recommend Saddleback Plumbe r to anyone.

I was having a problem with my ac zoning system . Called Saddleback, they responded quickly and their serviceman came as scheduled. He assessed the problem and provided me with three viable options. The one he suggested landed up saving me a considerable amount of money.
