I had an a/c tech out for a clogged drain pipe and when he left there was a leak under the sink. They sent a plumber out and he repaired. I have a hydronic a/c unit so it's hard to determine if I need one trade or another...or both. They responded right away and each tech was prompt and professional. They billed me for the a/c service only. I highly recommend 👌

Chris was ahead of schedule for my appointment. He provided knowledgable insight and was honest in his suggestions and opinions. I would highly recommend him.

Needed to install kitchen faucet. The person who came out, I suspect, had Parkinson’s as his hands shook terribly. Therefore it took a long time to install because of his disability. He also had numbers written on his wrist in purple ink which got all over my painted kitchen cabinet in front of sink. Only way to remove was a Mr. Clean magic eraser, which it say’s don’t use on painted wood, but nothing else worked. I left the room and more ink was on my cabinet when I returned. Then I noticed the purple numbers on his wrist. No apology, nothing. He just said I’ll remove it from my wrist. Again I had to remove it from my cabinet. He was totally disinterested in his job, as he kept yawning. He was packing up ready to leave and I asked if he was going to caulk around faucet and air gap…he said not needed. Well, he left and the faucet leaked as I suspected it would. Another guy came out next day and caulked. Obviously the first guy didn’t caulk because it would be impossible for him to with his hands shaking so badly. I left a message for the owner…never got a call back. I think I deserve a discount so maybe that’s why I haven’t heard back.

I have been calling Saddleback for more than 10 years now. The reason - they are transparent, on time and have a great work ethic. Their technicians are very honest and always advise based on what is best for the client. And every service technician is diligent in fixing the issue. Walt came by to flush out the water heater. He was extremely patient in answering any questions I have and explained in detail on what he was doing as I was interested in knowing more. I would definitely call Saddleback again and if Walt is available request for his help.

A young plumber came and did a mediocre job of taking out a garbage disposal and installing a new kitchen faucet without a replacement disposal. The pipe slipped off repeated and after a marginal review on Yelp the company took the initiative to contact me and fix the problem. It was fixed perfectly yesterday by a true professional at only the cost of supplies. That was awesome by Saddleback Plumbing. Professionalism and service at the highest level.

I spoke with Jared for the initial phone call. He was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and was able to get my appt set up very quickly. Rudy was the service tech for my home heater issue. Apparently the gas valve within the heater had failed and needed to be replaced. Rudy contacted the manufacturer directly and was able to have them issue out another valve under warranty FOR FREE! I would never have known this if Rudy and Saddleback didn’t go out of their way to contact the home heater manufacturing company directly. All I had to pay was the more than fair labor price for the new valve installation. My wife and kids are no longer huddling in blankets on the coach at night and in the mornings. Our house is no longer an icebox. Thanks so much to Jared, Rudy and Saddleback. We couldn’t be happier with the level of service and expertise. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
