Office Depot

I ordered curbside pick up at 5:30 and called the store at 6pm when I arrived. No one picked up the phone or answered and the item I needed was crucial for an assignment I was working on. The lady told me they were outside at 6pm to check on curbside pick ups but they weren’t and no one answered. I can’t even get a refund because I didn’t get a confirmation email. Make sure your employees at minimum pick up the phone so I can be aware of your curbside policies.

Got an office chair here. I went into store just to sit on a few different ones and try them out. There was definitely a lack of floor staff (both times I went on in) as I had to go off looking for someone to check stock and serve. But otherwise they were very friendly and helpful. Little bit pushy on the paid protection plan, and I definitely got some mis-information about what the manufacturer warranty actually covers, but this wasn't a big deal for me.

A well stocked, easy to navigate store. Always a great team of staffers on hand who have all the answers to supply questions, including ink! The employees are super friendly and always helpful whether you are trying to find the right pen or have a big copy job or need ink at a better price -- they offer the best price they can. Go there first, not last!

This isn't so much a review for Office Depot but more for the parking lot situation at Office Depot. It's horrible and you better be careful. They will tow your car so quickly if they even suspect you might patronize another business. I bought some office supplies then went to grab a coffee across the street. It couldn't have been more than 5 minutes. As I returned to the car a tow truck pulled up and tried to tow me. Even I wasn't extremely forceful even threatening to call the police they would have scammed me for $350.

Absolutely incredible staff! Keita, Claudia and Sophia went above and beyond to help me with a last minute urgent station. They were incredibly friendly, addressed all my needs and left a lasting positive impression on me. Thank you! The location is very lucky to have them :)

THIS IS MY HAPPY PLACE!

Parking: The parking lot is shared with a few other business but there is plenty of space.

Service: You will usually find a helpful employee to point you in the direction of what you're looking for & even guide you in the decision making process of an item.

Price: Moderate price point. There are items that are cheaper elsewhere but I trust the items that I'm purchasing here.

Misc: I wish the TUL line was more extensive & marketed more. It's such a gorgeous line. (or maybe I should keep it to myself)

Consider becoming a rewards member, it pays off AND save those coupons!

Love this place, so many helpful products

Great place to print a science poster! I print it as a 3x6 banner, they helped me cut off the excess white edge, and printed it in just a couple of hours. Raving about this to my science colleagues!
