Office Depot

Looks can be deceiving and that had never been more true than when it comes to this Office Depot. It looks like every other Office Depot from the outside but when you walk inside you are immediately under the impression that this store is going out of business. The shelves don't appear to be very well stocked and the store itself has obviously seen very much better days. It really has a going out of business vibe to it. That is very deceiving though. The shelves are actually pretty well stocked and they must have a huge stock room in back because I have always been able to find items that are hard to find in other stores in stock and readily available here. Their staff is very friendly, eager to help and quite knowledgeable when it comes to office supplies, electronics and the various office related services they offer. Everytime I walk into this store I immediately feel like it may have been a mistake to come here. By the time I leave I am certain that coming to this Office Depot was the smartest thing I have done in a long time and I have never had any regrets.

This location is so rude. The printer girl was very unpleasant and suggested if I didn’t like it there I could go to fed ex. Actually now I will. They are right next door genius. I’ll go where the customer service is still a huge piece of business

Great customer service. You will find anything you need at your fingertips. The associates have knowledge of the products and professional.

Great service. The minute I walked in the door, someone was there to help me and answer questions. Thumbs up.

Usually no problems. Whoever was working the printing services Wed., May 12th at 5pm, I hope you learn to respect other people's time. Was told they would help me with printing and left me standing there for 10 minutes while helping all the other customers.

Disappointing.

Solid office supply store with helpful staff. Love that they take Fed Ex and have loads of free parking right in the middle of Hollywood.

Very nice and friendly workers but this is the second Office Depot store I’m visitng and the customer service success. Not because the workers are unprofessional or rude (even the opposite) but the waiting lines and time is too enormous. This is the problem of the management or the corporate. They are not doing their job properly because they usually have only one employee serving all the customers in the printing section.

I frequent Office Depot as Sadie Kitchen & Lounge is close by and every time I have always received quick, friendly service. Recently, our printer broke and we needed to replace it asap. I was able to place the order over the phone and pick it up in an hour. It was a seamless transition when it could have easily been a freak out session. Thank you for saving the day!

Maribel was super helpful. With the Quarantine, I prolonged grabbing a few items. I had to print a few documents & grab a router and printer. Maribel took 15 minutes to thoroughly explain the difference between the laser/ink jet printers & the all my needs were met. I was taken care of. Donny was super professional when I was at the printing station. I love this location.
