Office Depot

I want to say this would be a 5 star but office depot has work to do in general on what it looks like terrible customer service in SoCal. I went to the Pasadena location last week and I'll never step foot in that place again unless it's to adjust one of the workers attitude. Extremely rude and for no reason other than laziness on their part. Went into this branch tho and was open minded and on black Friday in the evening after I'm sure a long day was glad to see that customer service is not lost on every Office Depot. One of the managers there was great!. Everyone I spoke to there was nice and helpful. Thank you !

Horrible service! No one staffing the area where the printer cartridges are stored, then when I went to get one myself off the shelf, I was literally yelled at by some guy. We were never greeted nor instructed that staff needs to remove cartridges from storage shelf. Then, “Natalie”, finally came over but then wouldn’t even give me the name of the jerk yelling at me to from across the store, but she at least rang up the order, rudely, with attitude and no greeting or “thank you” or apology for the wait or being ignored. The district manager should be aware of all of this. No excuse for this.

Staff is always helpful & store is well stocked

My goodness me... Where can I start? Or more accurately how do I express myself clearly enough in this review to let you know that this place should be closed permanently, simply on the basis of they really don't give a... well let's just say I would have asked if they had any but they were probably too lazy to check themselves so I checked for them; what a shocker! Like a bad-tempered Irishman they had no shites to give!

"The bathroom's down sir...we're unloading a pallet, and it is blocking the doors." ( that was a Verbatim quote, and an outright lie. There is nothing in front of the bathroom doors. The only thing nearby was a sign reading 'get key from the front desk')

Office Depot is a on stop shop for your school, office, and home needs. They also provide services that your home office cannot do

I gave them a four because I was having trouble with the Copy machine

The sales person was extremely helpful and made sure I found everything I needed. He even went so far as to let me know of a help line if I had any difficulties installing the product I purchased. I highly recommend this Office Depot!

Fantastic store! Totally Hollywood! And the location, not to mention the abundant parking, is totally Jayne Mansfield**** - plus, Monroe grew up just a few blocks away, at the home for orphans on El Centro a block north of Melrose. Great crew here, always ready to rock, Hollywood style!!!!

The staff is always friendly and professional. Service is quick and the store is cleaned and well maintained. Plenty of free parking. I enjoy shopping here.

Office Depot closed late giving me more time to run extra errands and they also carry essentials which means I don't have to drive extra miles for different items.
