Brought my desktop in for diagnosis at 8AM. Called at 6PM and the tech hadn’t even looked at it yet. AVOID THIS LOCATION if you need tech services. They are the absolute worst, and unable to provide any customer service at all. And, oh yeah, the so called “tech” was too busy on the floor to do what should be her primary job, providing tech services, if she is really a tech at all.
ADDED: In all fairness, 40 minutes after posting this critical review, (is someone at the store actually monitoring reviews?) the store called and said the diagnosis was complete AND the diagnosis included a tune up which seems to have worked really well. I still do not excuse the poor service over a 10 hour period but I do appreciate the fact that it was ultimately (albeit untimely) completed satisfactorily.

Weird service, bad attitute. I stopped there today to look at the agendas. I saw an older style (the last one left on the shelf) which I liked because it had metal zipper handles instead of vinyl but I noticed this older style agenda had oil stains on the paper and it also had some of the paper missing. I thought, oil wouldn't bother me too much, but wanted to ask if people ever get any discounts on damaged products and if I can get the missing paper. I found a person who I think was also the manager: I asked if they give any discounts if for example this agenda has oil stains on the paper? He said Ok, I'll give you 10% off. Then told him that there's paper missing. He got a bit angry with me and said: "What, you're going to tell me what's wrong with it until I give you more discount? ok, I'll give you another 10% off".
I said, ok, I'll just buy it as is, but he seemed like he was very angry with me and he snapped at me in a weird way and then I felt guilty like I have to buy the damn thing and when I left, he went over to the other employees saying something hilarious to the rest of the crew.
I mean, I would have asked a helper on the isle about the paper problem if I only would have known what kind of attitude that guy would have. I felt guilty and bad, that I wish I never went there.
I should have just left.

Ridiculous. Many listings of decently priced products online, but when you walk into the store, everything is priced high and the affordable versions are not in store. They have coupon codes online and you can't use them on just about everything. The guy at the counter said, here's a disclaimer, can't use this on technology!

I was Very Disappointed in the Service Presented to me by their Printing Department back on Saturday, November 5, 2016.
The girl working there was very Unhelpful and Selfish in every which way.
I spent about $60.00 dollars at their other store to just have them scan my documents which was fine and all that I wanted was to borrow several post-it notes and some paper clips.
The girl working there gave me very little and the area looked very poor compared to the 5665 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90036 location where I ended up going because after staying here for just 10 minutes, I was so angry, bored and disgusted and Needed A Way Out!
I will NEVER go back to the 1240 North Vine Street, Los Angeles, California 90038 Office Depot Store location any more!

This is one of my go to for electronics and their accessories. The place is well stocked and the staff is most helpful and knowledgeable about computers and etc. There is plenty of parking, and the options in this store will truly amaze you. Take a look, I'm sure you'll find what you might need and want.

First off the lady at the register will mean I went in there to buy some ink for my printer gun straight into the aisles looking for the ink and the guy told me the inks are behind the register, so I standing in line waiting for my turn, and she was asking me what kind of a ink do I need, well I didn't save the model number of the ink, so I started to tell her the brand and the shape etc. And she said we got 4,5, different types of that size, then I started to get aggravated and told her yeee it would be helpful if the inks were on the selves like in any other store,so I can pick it out, bring it to the register and pay for it. Than she goes , oooo we got samples in 1 of the Isle you can go see and bring it here ... and I just left the store.
