Pure AIR

Pure Air LA is fantastic, and I've been using them for years. Although the prices are a little higher than those of other suppliers, the quality of service is fantastic. Because they don't provide anything that Pure Air LA doesn't, I will never use any other provider based only on pricing. I felt even more confident in the calibre of the job they provide because the customer service team is also incredibly knowledgeable.

When we first moved in to our home, it was obvious that the furnace had seen better days. We needed an HVAC system replaced quickly, and Pure Air LA did the trick. They were professional, courteous and competitively priced. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I manage like 20-30 properties and was searching for a new licensed team for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. I chose Pure Air LA based on these Yelp reviews. Everything said about Egor is true. He was professional, and resolved all of my issues. I also highly appreciate him not using tactics in front of the tenant to try and upsell me services I didn't need, we discussed all the details later after his visit. I will definitely call Pure Air LA again.

The quality of the installation was important to us. The work done by Pure AIR was excellent and detailed. They were extra careful with the work, the detailed AC installation, and l our floors. I would ask them to install anything for us!

This review is long overdue. In May of 2022, Pure Air came and replaced our old ducting system and WOW, they did such an AWESOME job at a very affordable price. They even cleaned my bathroom fans that were so caked with dust. Our home, that was built in 1960, no longer has a musty smell. I highly recommend Pure Air to anyone who needs any of the services they offer because they were very meticulous and obviously took pride in their work...something that many businesses do not.

We are really impressed with the professional service this company did. They called before coming to let us know at what time they were coming. Once they were here they were very polite and explained what the process would be. The showed the conditions of the motor and when they finished cleaning, it looked like new. They clean ducts and washer machine duct.
They were really careful and they clean everything very well.

I would highly recommend Pure Air LA to anyone who needs A/C ductwork cleaned. I wanted to hire them after I saw their work at my friend's house and they didn't disappoint me. They did a thorough job and charged me a fair price too.

These guys are the best. They came fast. Were honest during the system diagnostic. They go above and beyond for customers. They responded to an "emergency" the same day - I think like within hours. They did their best to make the homeowners happy with the result. Thanks guys!

One of the most competent service technicians I have ever encountered is Dimitrii from Pure Air. I will without a doubt utilise Pure Air again when necessary because he is knowledgeable and will provide before and after photos upon request. He came punctual, covered his shoes while inside the house, and was courteous, honest, and nice. He suggested we call our HVAC technician to clean our coils, but we ultimately decided to go with him. I'm telling you, 5 *****s are not enough for him—I recommended him to a neighbour since he is that fantastic! Well done, Dimitrii.

Dimitrii from Pure Air is one of the most Professional service technicians I have ever met. He was on time, covered his shoes as he was in the house, friendly, honest, kind, suggested we can call our HVAC person to clean our coils or he could...we chose him, I will certainly use Pure Air again when needed, he knows what to do and shows you before/after pictures if you request. I'm telling you 5*****'s is not enough he's wonderful that I refered him to a neighbor! Great job Dimitrii
