Cory was easy to work with and a kind person. He helped me to understand what needed to be done and the process he'd use to do it. The first time he came out the parts were unavailable from the retailer. It was a few months before the parts became available. I kept calling to check. I do wish they kept me updated. Once the part was in I needed to make phone calls again to get them out. Everyone I spoke to was pleasant.

Brett came out and did a 13 point maintenance check, and he checks all the boxes as an outstanding technician: he explained things clearly; was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, and a great listener. He is truly a credit to Mauzy!

Dylan was very knowledgeable and quickly fixed our AC unit. We appreciate how thorough he was, even fixing an electrical issue with our house and the outlet our AC uses.

Eddie Cruz performed a tune up on my furnace and AC. He advised me the high pressure switch on the furnace was faulty and would need to be replaced. He advised me my AC unit was dirty and recommended it be cleaned and oiled for preventive maintenance. The condenser coil wash was $761 and oiling the components was $843. Eddie did a good job. The cleaning and oiling service was completed in less than 40 minutes. I was disappointed that MAUZY charged that amount for a service.

I asked for an estimate for a whole house fan. Mauzy scheduled a visit promptly, the technician (Jonathan Santana) arrived on time, and he was extremely helpful. Jonathan also texted me to let me know he was en route. Very nice. I am still evaluating whether to engage Mauzy to fix my fans.

Dylan was great showed me the issues and discussed options he went beyond and helped fix one of the thermostats to the wall as it was loose!
