At the installation, Shawn and Luis were very kind, professional and knowledgeable. They were very careful to keep the house clean. They aware great to keep us informed of the problems, fixes and progress. It was a great experience. The only thing I did not know was that holes would be cut in the drywall and they don’t fix that. Overall, everything was 5 star.

Dylan Campbell was the technician that came out to do a maintenance check on our mini-split system we had installed in 2020. Very courteous, super nice. We wanted to add another mini-split to a spare bedroom and he handled everything for us. Love Mauzy, have never been disappointed with anything. New install went flawlessly.
