Eddie Cruz is phenomenal. He has incredible expertise, knowledge, and explains everything very well to someone like me who doesn’t know much. He was extremely caring about my situation and went above and beyond to help me. He made me feel very confident about everything he was doing, and most of all he fixed everything perfectly. I can’t speak highly enough about him or the Mauzy company.

I’m very disappointed with the professionalism of the staff. My appointment was scheduled and confirmed with them only to have it cancelled 45 minutes before.

When I called to reschedule I was told I need to wait a week because it wasn’t important as other calls. I was offered a “discount” for my trouble, but the discount was the advertised rate on their website.

I expected so much better from someone as highly rated as them.

Cory was very helpful and professional. He was very trustworthy in his diagnosis of our air conditioning system. I will definitely be using Mauzy with any future heating or air conditioning needs.

Mike was amazing. He was very thorough while explaining to me exactly what he was doing and what was wrong with my unit when he repaired the unit it was quick efficient. He took pictures and sent me the old motor and the new motor. He made sure everything was working before he left, very satisfied with the service

I want to thank Daniel and Jose that installed my solar panel system. I also want to thank Josh the electrician. The 3 man crew was very professional and friendly. You can see they take pride in their work and it shows. Anyone would be lucky to get this crew do their installation. I also want to thank Cody Mauzy. Cody was my contact from start to finish. Always prompt to answer any question I had. Communication was excellent. I decided to go with Mauzy for my solar install because I was satisfied with the reviews and products they use. Top of the line microinverters from Enphase and one of the top solar panels made. Mauzy also installed a HVAC system at my mother-in-laws house that I am very satisfied with. This is a very good group of people from the office to the field employees. I could not recommend them enough.

The service technician Manny is a courteous and professional. He arrives on time, introduces himself with a handshake. Does his due diligence and quickly gets to work. Gave me a comprehensive understanding of what preventive and needed maintenance my system needs.

The tech, Luis Ibarra, was knowledgeable, thorough and efficient when he serviced our A/C and furnace. He took time to explain the process and the results of the inspection and service, and answered all my questions. Well done!

Brett Parisette from Mauzy came out to do a check on our AC system. Brett was very professional and efficiently went through the systems. It was a pleasure working with him and I felt I could trust him to give us an accurate reporting of what might be needed to fix. If I owned a business like this, I would be happy to have someone like Brett working for me.

I scheduled an appointment with this company to do an AC unit tune-up through a lady promoting the service at the Costco on H street in Chula Vista. I was given a window time of 12-4 pm. At approximately 3:52 pm I received a text from the technician Manny Chávez stating he was on his way to my house. Then at 4:02 pm I received a second text from Manny “ Hi this is AS - Manny Chavez from Mauzy Heating & Cooling LLC and it was a pleasure meeting you. I hope that you were satisfied with my service. It would mean a lot to me if you can let my manager know how satisfied you are with my performance by typing a brief review about my service. You can do that by selecting any of the links below. Thank you.” Bewildered, I called the company and I was told that Manny was stuck in traffic somewhere in Encinitas and he wasn’t going to make the appointment. Well here’s my review. I will never do business with this company due to their lack of customer service, lack of communication, lack of professionalism. Oh, the lady on the phone did offer me a $10 discount if I wanted the service the next day. Thanks but no thanks.

Kyle Meinert was my technician and he was very nice, courteous and checked out my system thoroughly making the necessary repairs efficiantly. One of the nicest technicians yet from Mauzy. I hope I get him next time.
