Well I must say, this company hires the best people in the business. I got a quote for Hvac. Starting off with my initial conversation and meet with Mike Dowd, super awesome human being right here! After hearing my needs and concerns, he gave a proposal(s) that fit our needs and budget. After a couple months of playing phone tag, we decided to go with Mauzy. Need to mention that he actually called me and wished the family and I a happy Thanksgiving! Thanks Mike!
The installers that came to my property. Chris, Justin, Cliff and Anthony. These guys are the most professional and overall good guys! They laid down runner mats to not get my floor dirty. Super courteous and down right effiecient! My brand new HVAC is super quiet, Ac is cold and the heater is hot. It's gonna be a good summer! 5 stars all day! They were polite, thorough, mostly busy, and got done in half the time estimate (4 hours instead of 8). Paying was simple. The cleanup was fast, and I was on with my life.

Our Mauzy experience began with Chase Mauzy, our Sales Rep, who came to our home to look at our current system and listen to what we wanted to do. After a thorough inspection, he sat down with us and showed us what he could do for us. Multiple options based on efficiency and of course cost. We also discussed financing options. Very knowledgeable on everything. We were able to make a informed, confident choice.
Mauzy employees Chris and Christian are a great team. Very professional, knowledgeable, and capable of doing a complete removal and replacement of our ancient, inefficient, noisy, worn-out HVAC Heat Pump system. They also had to redo and reroute some of the ductwork and install a new Smart Thermostat. Job was on a Friday but took longer than expected, so they returned on Saturday to finish.
Christian did an excellent job plumbing and doing the connections on the outdoor condenser unit. Very neat and clean compared to what it looked like before.
Chris recognized problems with the previous attic unit installation and made suggestions and recommendations to correct them.
The total install looks and works so much better. It is quieter, with better airflow, and will be a money saver.

I had Mauzy out for my annual a/c (tune up).It was not a tune up. It was an inspection. If they do NOT include an exterior coil clean it is NOT a tune up. It is an inspection. I didn't need an inspection. I needed a tune up. I guess you need to know a little about air conditioning and ask the right questions. DO NOT HIRE.
