I needed my furnace looked at because we hadn’t run it in a few years. Cuahutli came out and inspected it. He was prompt and very personable. He did a very thorough inspection and showed me pictures of what the issue was and discussed my options with me. I appreciated the up front, no pressure approach.

We are so happy with our thorough HVAC system maintenance. Our service technician Brett was polite, professional, ON TIME, and explained everything to me. He kept his work area clean and performed his job efficiently. I would say Brett exemplifies customer service. We will be using Mauzy again and hopefully Brett will be the technician again!

Brett is very good at his job. He could probably do it with his eyes closed. He did an exceptional inspection tuneup on my heating and air conditioning system. I definitely want him to do all my inspections from here on out. He has a very good personality and a cheery demeanor. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

My tech's name was DYLAN CAMPBELL and he was incredibly professional. He was able to quickly troubleshoot & determine the issue with our furnace. He gave a very thorough explanation of the issue and presented me with two options/estimates for addressing the issue. Very polite and was on time. Fantastic service all around!

Manny did a great job for us! Got our heater back up and going. He did a thorough inspection of the unit and ducting under the house. He gave us a couple of recommendations for future consideration. Will definitely call him again.

Amazing service. The HVAC tech arrived on time. He went straight to work. He diagnosed the problem and presented several options with very reasonable prices for each choice. He listened to what I wanted and didn't try to upsize me. I taped his business card to the furnace so I don't waste time looking for a professional when i need help in the future. I am passing the company's business card to all of my family and friends.
