Our technician Manny arrived at the scheduled time for maintaining check of our A/C in our home. He was very courteous, polite and professional throughout the checkup he performed. He fully explained everything that he had done and also provided recommendations for protection of the unit itself.
He’s a very good technician and I would not hesitate at all to have him return to our home whenever we may need work done on the A/C system.

We are very happy with Mauzy's installation with our split system heat pump.
The technicians, Alex and Jake, worked diligently to make sure the new system integrated with our existing infrastructure. The work was done neatly and with care, They answered all our questions and concerns to make sure we understood how we can use and care for our cooling and heating system.

Mauzy was the third place that I called to explain our issue with our AC and the first place that didn’t try to convince me that we’ll need to replace the entire thing.
Luis was super nice and took the time to explain to us what our situation was and what our options were at the time. He did not try to oversell us into a big commitment. He let us know what he would be doing and he took pictures and documented everything he did as well.
Of course spending money is never a fun time but because of how kind and thorough Luis was I at least feel very confident with our services.
I greatly appreciate everything he did and the rest of what might need to be done.

Dylan was very professional and personable. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. My 2 dogs immediately warmed up to him and the feeling was mutual. He explained what my A/C needed and worked with me on the pricing, which I much appreciated. I ended up going with a higher price option due to his low-key manner and willingness to lower the original price.

Jonathon was great! Friendly, professional, explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Cleaned up everything after install, repaired, painted small areas damaged by install. Manny was very helpful, he found the issue with our AC and fixed it. He provided pictures for reference of what the issue was and some pictures of what a proper before & after cleaning should look like.

I liked that Mauzy provided a picture of the technician prior to arrival so I would know what he looked like. Very satisfied and would use again and recommend.
