Manny was our service technician today. He ran regular maintenance on our unit. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He also has great customer service skills.

Great service appt. I was notified tech was on his way, Brent was polite, communicative, helpful(moved my trash cans back) and an all around joy in the hour or so he was here. I’ve found Mauzy to be top notch so far in the 8 years we’ve used them

Jonathan arrived when expected and was friendly and polite! He covered his shoes (👏👏) and quickly did what he came to do. I APPRECIATE him providing me with info. AND photos but he didn't try to pressure me or scare me into a sale. For that reason, I will contact Mauzy when it's time to replace my unit.

Dylan was very professional and courteous. He explained what he found, cleaned the unit and left his work area neat and clean. I highly recommend Mauzy and Dylan for their fine work.

I was satisfied with the professionalism of Jonathan, our service technician.
However, I am NOT satisfied with the prices. Even though our system is 3 years old and under warranty. NOTHING seems to be covered. We're going to have to come up with 3K - 4K before summer to locate and fix a leak, and refill with coolant (not covered).
We had a defective motor replaced in the thermostat last winter. It was covered, but the service charge was ridiculously expensive.
Either way, you're going to have to go further into debt, no matter how big or small the problem.

Luis did a great job of analyzing the problem of my air conditioning unit, and suggesting which options I would have to move forward. I recommend him for any future projects I may have.

Wow!!! The mauzy team is fantastic. They installed a new system and redid the duct work and I would give 10 stars if I could. Their work was amazing and everyone on the team was so kind courteous and professional. Love our new system and so happy we went with the best in town

We consulted with several of the leading HVAC companies in San Diego county before choosing Mauzy. That turned out to be a great decision as Chris P. and the whole team from Mauzy were awesome. First they helped us figure out our need and how to work it into our renovation. We had a multistep process and they knocked the cover off the ball. Awesome service and great experience!
