We went from a super old & house original central air furnace (which I demo'd about a year back) & no AC to a brand new from the ground up HVAC system. We also did a solar install. Cody proposed 18 total panels but I wanted 20 & it was no problem to add the extra 2 panels now compared to later on down the line. Cody was (is) such a great Sales representation of the company. We still message from time to time.
Both install teams were AMAZING! Our HVAC was installed first, back in mid June. The HVAC team we had were Bruce, Steve & Joe. These 3 guys were here to make our lives that much better because we were excited to finally have AC. They were very helpful & understanding, especially when it came to when I wanted to move the speed heat pump air conditioner's install location. It's so so quiet. They were very respectful that my wife was working from home so they worked around the install & not making as much noise as possible. They explained the thermostat setup/function & when I got home, she was able to explain it me. We appreciate you "A-Team"!
Our Solar install finally went forward September 29. It took time because of permitting, SDG&E, panel upgrade, etc. Our Solar install team was Josh, Derek & Ricardo. Josh was in contact with me at least a month & half to 2 months before install. Meeting & seeing these guys was exciting for me because I was SO stoked to see the panels on our roof finally. All 3 of them were very friendly & answered any questions I had before going to work. They too were respectful that wifey was working from home. They were very detailed before they started the actual install; double checking measurements to notes & everything. They were done w/the complete install in 1 day! SDG&E came the following day for our new panel upgrade. Josh took time (after 430p), over the phone, to explain to me the solar app, the outside solar panel box's lights/function & more details about the app. I'm still geeking out on the app & how I can see what individual panel is producing at any given time!

We are VERY happy that we're referred to Mauzy for our "1 stop shop". They met & SURPASSED all of our expectations!

I had an issue with my thermostat and called Mauzy since the previous owner of my house highly recommended them. Francisco was the service technician that came. He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and quick. He even wore shoe covers to keep the floors clean (which I really appreciated). He answered all my questions thoroughly and provided recommendations and advice on how we should proceed. I would highly recommend Mauzy and Francisco.

My father in law who is 83 had his system put in 5 years ago and also a furnace in March. A week ago today he turned it on and nothing was coming out. He called Saturday morning and was given an appointment for Monday between 8-12. By 12 no one had shown up or even called. He had to call them. They wanted to come out sometime next week, week of 7/10, but he said no so they said someone was going to be here between 2-6. Francisco was the technician, and after about an hour he said he needed a compressor which they needed to find out if the company had one in stock. Or they would have to order one. Being that Tuesday was a holiday, he said he would get in touch with him Wednesday morning with all the info. Wednesday came and by 5pm, still no response from this company. No courtesy calls, nothing. No courtesy call on Monday to let us know they would be later than they scheduled. If my father in law didn't call them they would have never showed up. The same with Wednesday, no calls. I had been trying to keep on touch with Francisco, and he was very good at responding but everything was out of his hands. Yesterday he told me that an email would be coming so we can agree on the work, and they would order the part, which should have been done on Monday had they come when they were supposed to. It wasn't ordered Wednesday, or Thursday because I never received the email. I contacted him again and he said he was going to the office today and let them know. Still no email. This is very unprofessional. The lack of customer service and courtesy on the Company's part, as well as the supervisor that Francisco was dealing with is reprehensible and unacceptable. This in no way reflects on Francisco. He's been as helpful, professional and courteous as one can be without management support. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Johnathan was outstanding. He was extremely professional, friendly, and thorough. I especially liked the way he showed me pictures and explained what he did and what was needed. Mauzy should be very proud to have someone like him representing them. I definitely want him to come back the next time o get service.

Francisco was very professional. Got here when he said he would. He is knowledgeable and polite. We learned info about the system and how to use it. And he didn’t try to sell us service we didn’t need. Rest assured we will use Mauzy when we need service and repairs in the future. A close friend recommended Mauzy and she didn’t exaggerate about the excellent service she received.

Mauzy installed my a/c and furnace system in 2018 and I have annual maintenance performed every spring. Today’s inspection was done by technician Daniel Moncayo, who was impressive—very thorough and detail-oriented. Daniel has great customer rapport, which puts one immediately at ease. I have a better sense of how my system works after discussing his findings with him, and he suggested improvements I can elect in the future without pushing my worry buttons. He also discovered and fixed an issue that resulted in better airflow to several rooms. In short, Daniel made a routine system check both informative and enjoyable—and my dog appreciated his friendly attention, as well. Very pleased customer.
