Moore Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning​

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but in this case it is merited.

We needed to replace a ductless AC system before it got too hot. Moore Mechanical was a great call! Kevin came out exactly when he said he would and walked me though my options. The installation went flawlessly. The technicians, Richard and Danny were on time (actually early), friendly, courteous and professional. Overall it was a great choice.

I reached out to three HVAC companies before Moore. Two of them refused to even attempt to replace my heat pump on top of a Condo building because it was hard to get to. The other one gave exorbitant pricing. Vince came out and knew exactly what needed to be done and gave a reasonable quote that he walked me through. Heat pump replacements are expensive but it was still almost half the price of the installation from the other company.

Keith was excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained what was going on, and and what to look out for. He was very thorough in reviewing what was quoted. He left me with a functioning A/C unit. Thanks!

I own the house where this company has installed the heater. I called upon then to fix a furnace issue. they diagnosed it as a flow pressure switch and charged me $125 for diagnosis fee plus part and labor to actually fix the problem. The same problem is happening again within 60 days and when I called them to come and look at it, they claim that since its outside of their 30 day period, they will charge me $125 again to diagnose. I think it's a very unfair policy and I am not happy with their approach. As a customer I rely on them to get help especially for the things they fixed which is not working again. I request company management to think from a customer point of view too.

Richard explained everything in detail and made the repairs professionally. I definitely will use Moore Mechanical in the future and highly recommend them!

Moore Mechanical was one of the first places I called, they were quick to respond and schedule a service. The technician was thorough and knowledgeable. Had a great experience with the technician, Jesse, that came out. He was clean, thorough, and answered all questions truthfully without trying to upsell. I particularly liked the fact that dispatch sent a picture with his name and estimated time of arrival prior to him showing up. Planning to retain Moore Mechanical for an attic fan installation as their reputation and quality of work is first rate and you can tell that their company culture cares about both their employees and customers alike.
