Moore Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning​

I recently had Moore Mechanical replace my two gas furnaces. Vince Meyer was very helpful in helping me correctly size and choose the appropriate systems. He was responsive to my nearly endless questions. They also help me select whole house air purifiers and installed them simultaneously. The crew that installed the systems worked very hard under less than ideal circumstances. It rained constantly and the crawl space was a muddy mess. They were neat and clean and left my house in great condition. I enjoyed having them in my house ( how often does that happen?) Finally, they were very competitive on price. I highly recommend them.

Moore is very responsive to our requests. After an appointment is scheduled, they remind us from time to time. On the day of service, they notify us when the technician is on the way. Joseph the technician is very professional and efficiency. Can't ask for better service.

Jesse C paid us a visit this morning...not only on-time but a tad early...great service in helping reset our system and discussing the changes in operation we have experienced. Patient, an excellent listener and an exceptional problem solver. He pinpointed the changes we have made to our home since installing the system and what the effect on system operation has been and what we can do going forward. We could not be more delighted with Jesse and Moore...we highly recommend them for their products, service and especially their post installation support and knowledge.

Service was great. Technician Shawn and hos teammate were Prompt. Professional. Friendly. And maintained clean and safe work. Company its self is well run and records were maintained from even 11 years ago. Will use them for any future HVAC needs.

Shawn came right on time. We had some complicated issue that he was able to diagnose and fix some items on the spot. Other issues will need duct work repair at a later date. He was friendly and polite.

We recently moved to Dublin and found out that the AC in our newer home was not working. Rick T from Moore Mechanical helped us with AC repair today. Our AC is working fine now --Rick did a great job. He's professional, friendly and courteous. He also assured us that our AC is good for another 3-4 years at least. There was no sales pitch and no pressure to buy other services. He gave us valuable tips and also changed our two thermostats while he was here. It's always great to work with small business that care.

Years ago Moore Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning installed my furnace and air conditioner. Every year I have them do their thorough routine check up to keep both in good running condition. I am very satisfied with their high quality work.
