Moore Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning​

They sent a mechanic for running diagnostic on my tankless water heater. When he came in, the first thing he mentioned was that he can't do much about the existing heater, still opened 4 screws to open the front panel, and had the same comment after. After that, he started selling me for installing a new water heater and still charged me 125 for the diagnostic fee. If you are not giving me a quote for fixing the existing water heater, why charge me ? I did mention it to company and they were cordial and mentioned they will look into the matter. They didn't refund me my fee, not even a call back to explain about. I wouldn't recommend this company.

I had a great experience with Moore Mechanical, especially with master electrician, Nate Anderson. He did great work quickly, and didn’t make the job any more complicated than it needed to be.

Purchased this home with an A/C unit that had sunk below grade and was tilted to one side. Once ground was dry and days were warmer, Richard Furqueron took the necessary time (with an assist from Tim) to disconnect A/C unit, shore up gravel bed, re-level unit, recharge the system, and ensure proper testing / operation of whole home unit. This was hard work performed by professional and well qualified employees of Moore Mechanical. Even as a new home owner and new to this area, I trust Richard and the entire Castlework office to do the right things at the best possible cost. I would not call anyone else. Well Done for your caring, attitude, and outstanding performance excellence.

Vince was our sales person. He answered all our questions, was very responsive. I had questions about HERS ratings, Permits, BayRen, TechCleanCA, Tax Credits, Ecobee/Nest thermostats - Vince was on top of it. They handle it. Vince's quote made it clear the scope of work and hardware included. Other quotes did not.

The install took 2 days. They took the old system and installed a heat pump/furnace. Byron did the installation/configuration, definitely knows his trade, and was also great at answering our questions.

What leads us to Moore HVAC was that they are a Carrier authorized/award winner, and consistent high reviews on NextDoor and Yelp.

Keith was knowledgeable and efficient. He clearly explained the work that needed to be completed. He was terrific.

The technician was very nice and professional. That said, I paid over $600.00 to have my relatively new (10 year old) furnace continue to NOT work. And now they want another $600.00 to install a $20ish part, which also may not fix the problem. I don't know about you, but that's a lot of money to me. So, just be prepared to pay a LOT of money and maybe not get your furnace fixed.

Phenomenal job . Right from quoting with Vince to the install team of Francisco , Luis , Nate to the follow up team of Anthony and Juan for my follow up questions …amazing experience . The quality of worksmanship and the attention to detail was unparalleled.

I would recommend Moore Mechanical hands down to anyone looking at HVAC replacement / service .

Our technician, Ulises, arrived on time, was very thorough and knowledgeable. He took time to listen to our questions and comments about our system and where necessary he troubleshooted the issue. He then explained to us what he found and made the appropriate corrections. He also explained the Warranty and Maintenance Programs to us and we decided to sign up for a Maintenance Program for our unit. Each employee we have been in contact with from Moore Mechanical has been very knowledgeable, cordial and helpful.
