Jon did a great job. We ended up with a few more issues than just a basic yearly maintenance which a knew was going to be the case. He was efficient, didn’t rush through the job to get to his next service call. I highly recommend Moore Mechanical and Jon Webster.

The crew was professional and efficient. They removed our old furnace and installed a new one, plus a new thermostat and air return ducting. They made sure I knew how to operate the new unit and cleaned up thoroughly after they were done. I would recommend Moore Mechanical.

I was lucky enough to get an appointment for a second day visit. Shawn came and diagnose the issue with my A/C unit by listening to the sound of the fan. He confirmed his suspicion once he ran some test. He performed the fix, verified the results, did a quick check of the overall system health all in under one hour. Great services, highly recommended.

He went beyond the call of duty also installing our water heater which another person was supposed to do.
