Moore Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning​

I work at Trek Bikes and our store has been suffering from poor A/C performance for the last 6 months. My mechanics have been dying. We had had two different companies come out to quote our repairs before Richard and Jesse from Moore Mechanical Heating and Cooling were called. Based on what was communicated and shown to me by them, it quickly dawned on me just how poor quality the technicians that came before were. I could tell that they really cared about the value proposition they were proposing, they were very detailed in explanations of what would cost what and why. They were even able to get 2-3 out of the 6 units going enough to save us from heat exhaustion. Thanks a million guys! Moore mechanical have very professional and experienced engineers on their staff. The recent maintenance by Jon was very thorough. He went above and beyond to put a small holder for the filter. He didn’t rush through or cut corners to get to his next service call.

Tankless water heater maintenance. Joseph did a good job and he explained to us well on the process.

We have maintenance contract with this company for the past decade and more. They supplied and maintain our Carrier Brand water heater, furnace and the AC system unit. They are very professional and good at their craft. We depend on them for any problems with these units.
