I very highly recommend Friends & Family Heating and Air Conditioning. Jimmy is experienced, knowledgeable, honest and fair. He provided excellent service to me to fix my heater that went beyond and above what I expected and did it at a very fair price. You won't be sorry you called them.

So I called in a Friday at 3pm. James answered the phone. I explained my situation to him. He didn’t have anyone available, however he did try to get someone out that evening for me. All his guys were too far out, which would have put them at my place around 8-9pm, too late to worry. So we schedule for first thing Saturday morning. Stevie was the tech. Came on time, actually early which I didn’t mind. Was straight forward. He found the issue within the first 10 minutes of being there and corrected. He then performed routine maintenance on the system, tore the system apart and thoroughly cleaned not only the condenser/compressor, but the blower motor and coils as needed from a few years of neglect. He took pictures of a couple of issues, brought to my attention. I asked for him to go ahead and fix the issues regardless of cost at that time. He didn’t have the parts in his truck, but ordered for Monday delivery. Later that evening I received a follow up call from James to go over the tech notes and make sure we were making the correct repair direction based on my situation. Parts were ordered and Stevie was back out right on time on Monday and completed the job within 20-30 minutes after arriving. I was impressed with Stevie’s attention to detail on the job, his thoroughness explaining the issues, and his knowledge of the system. I will gladly call James and his team at friends and family if I have another issue. They were responsive, knowledgeable, caring of my situation and extremely fairly priced. 5 stars was earned.

I called first thing this morning. Holly answered and was super friendly and offered 2 appointment times. A text was sent confirming appointment and allowing me access to communicate should something need to change. Text was sent when technician on his way. Stevie was Covid sensitive, professional yet friendly. He answered the many questions I had. This company is my new "go to". I highly recommend this company!

Jimmy ( the owner) kept his word from start to finish. We met with Jimmy and hired him the same day, no need to think it over or get more quotes. This is your HVAC company if you want to avoid stress and have the job done right. We had our entire heating/air conditioning system replaced, new ducts, new lines and the results were beyond words… just amazing! Thank you.

They are so clean while they are working. They clean up before they leave even if they have to come back tomorrow. Our job was huge…they did it in 2 days…no one does that! You will not regret calling Jimmy.

I can't say enough about this company. They have been incredible. Christian was so informative and really cared to make sure I understood what was going on. He came out right away and knew exactly what to do. I won't ever use any other A/C Heating company. This company is how things were years ago. Respect, dressed in there company uniform with pride. Actually thankful for the work. So many companies now a days just don't care. Thank God they do.

When it comes to Heating or any HVAC services, Jimmy at Friends & Family Heating is my top choice hands down. I first called Jimmy towards the end of our Southern California Summer in September (I know), when we were in the midst of a heat wave and of course, my AC unit broke down. Not really expecting anybody to be able to come out right away, Jimmy not only arrived for a consultation the same day, but showed up on time, was professional, and best of all, he provided a level of service that I feel is missing in this day and age in most service industries. He replaced my entire unit at a great price and did so very quickly and efficiently and we were back up and running within a day. Would definitely recommend James for any and all HVAC services and will definitely be using him again. Thank you Jimmy!!!!

I am very impressed with their level of integrity. The reason I didn't use them is because after giving them all my pertinent information they advised me that since my unit was less than 10 years old that I needed to go with the original installers as my unit was still in warranty. Another service provider would not have done that and made the service call.

Baltazar and Kevin did a great job with the installation of our new AC unit. Very professional, knowledgeable, kind, respectful and practiced safe Covid precautions. Their prices are definitely tough to beat. 100% recommended! 😃

Stevie did such as great job as soon as I made contact with him. He was punctual, clear, and very professional. I would definitely recommend this company if your A/C unit has any issues. Stevie will be completely honest with you, and that’s a rare bread to find!
