Our AC went out and they came out and fixed it. Super nice, very reasonable pricing and they excellent work!!! They also put in an AC in our garage a couple months ago. It's awesome!!!

Great company and people, Kenny was great arrived was friendly and asked a few questions about the system and the problem, Then diagnosed the problem and explained the cause and what was needed and made the repair, Gave some recommendations, We also joined the Family Rewards Plan for the maintenance on the system.

Stevie Alvarado was very professional, well informed and courteous. He checked out the condenser, evaluated the problem and made the repair. Very nice and honest young man. I will make sure to use Friends & Family in the future. Great company and local.

this company is awesome. steve did my house in corona, ca and the job is just outstanding. not a rip off company. they will treat you as a friend. now i need to call them for a quote to install hvac system in rosemead if it is possible. :)

Made a confirmed appointment during a heat wave, but when it came closer to the time, they told me that the owner would need to be present (my tenant was available and ready to meet them). For busy rental properties owners or management companies, do not waste your time with this company. Too inflexible, not respectful of your time and not upfront with their companies policies.

What a Fantastic company! We’ve had issues with our unit for years. Our previous company had nickled and dimed us for years. Stevie came out, found the issues in 10 minutes and had it fixed for half the price of the last company. Thank god for these guys! Honorable and trustworthy!
