    The company I was using for multiple properties and visits never returned my calls. I read the reviews and called Friends & Family on a weekend. Due to "multiple gremlins" NOT of their doing, they had to come back twice to correct the situation. They did so PROPMTLY and withOUT any hassle. Great company...

    You never know what to expect when you use a service for the first time. My Airconditioner was running poorly and it was close to 100° out side.This by far was one of the best service calls I ever had and was one of the least expensive. (I checked around before calling friends & family) Daron the senior technician was great. I appreciated he went through and educated me on the complete service call. He was very pleasant in the midst of the busiest time of the year. His work and kindness was 💯%. He wore his mask the entire time. 🙌. Truly happy camper ! Thank you Friends & Family HVAC

    From the moment Jim answered my call I had a good feeling. He was warm, seemingly honest, very personable and friendly. They were at my moms house the next morning, right on time and spent 4 hours thoroughly inspecting her unit and it’s surroundings. They gave me a full and thorough evaluation and offered me several solutions without pressure. I was able to Choose for myself the best option for my mom. My mom is 72 and Jim understood the importance of her being in a house without air conditioning. They came the next morning and did the job. My mom brags To everyone about her new a/c. How she can feel it perfectly in every single room. Thank you so much Jim and Daron for taking care of my mom so quickly and professionally.

    When my dog chewed up the outside AC wiring in the middle of June I thought, great it’s going to take a couple days to get someone in here! But.... Booking an appointment was so quick and easy. They were able to give me a same day appointment. Technician Stevie showed up and was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The pricing was reasonable and he did a great job. I would definitely recommend Friends & Family AC to my friends and family!

    Wow! These guys are incredible! Our unit broke down last night and we called this morning after searching on google. Jeff arrived an hour after we had originally called and found the issue within a few minutes. He was so upbeat and positive, he was really a pleasure to have in our home. He had the part in his vehicle and within 20 minutes he was finished. You can tell a lot about a company by the look on the employees faces, I don’t think we’ve ever met a happier service person, it speaks volumes. Thank you guys for being so prompt and getting our heat back on so quick. 5 star service, 5 star technician.

    I called F&F this morning our AC has not been working. I was surprised to hear they could send someone out same day. Christian Lopez was the tech he was very professional with a face mask and booties to wear over his work boots. He explained the issue and made his recommendations. I asked questions and he explained things that made it easy to understand. There was no pressure he was kind and professional I would 100% recommend this company to my family and friends. Christian even took the time to help me find the right air filters on Amazon 😁 great customer service. Thank you

    I've been working on my home for months. I have to say this was the best experience I've ever had dealing with any type of home improvement or repair work. From the women taking the call to the on time service. Showed up very professional looking and explained everything until I understood. Now I understand why they have such amazing reviews. They not only do the job but actually care. I'm just thankful they also service orange county where I'm moving.

    I bought a house almost 4years ago. After a year being at our home, our Central AC shut down on us. 4 kids 2 adults right in the first week of July, not a fun calm day. As a first time being home owners we didn't know any better, and we trusted the "BIG company names such as EVERLAST." It was a HUGE MISTAKE! We spent money on a brand system and they promised & gave us a contract with warranty for 10years. Within just a few days our brand new system failed and it took me forever to get them to answer and respond to my concern. A year later, my system failed again and they are no where to be found! To make my story short this year we started having problem with our AC again. I was frustrated trying to see how to fix the problem on a Saturday afternoon and I decided to go to the "next door " app & had one or two responses on how to fix the problem, which still didn't work. I got someone by the name Daron who sent me a private message providing a phone number as well as stating what the problem could be on our AC. We called him & I was amazed on how he knew what the problem was he was there every step of the way over the phone telling my husband and I how to fix it. Daron G. His accuracy & customer service is over the hill, he not only told us what the issue was, yet he went out of his way Saturday afternoon and provided us with the piece that was not working since the store that had it in stock was closed until Monday. Obviously with COVID19 nothing has been easy, yet Daron G. made it look like everything was good & easy. Nonetheless, to say our system was up and running again. Daron G. offered us a free tune-up therefore, we scheduled an appointment and I couldn't believe how fast and accurate they were to set and appointment for the very next week. He showed up to my home and checked everything, and I mean everything, and he sat with my husband and basically explained to him that the reason as to why our previous air conditioner wasn't working in the full house was because the previous company completely lacked the knowledge of installing the right and complete equipment. Therefore, the experience with Daron was excellent. He provided great knowledge and amazing customer service. We decided to go with the company Family and Friends where we couldn't be more grateful that they were able to do a completely new system, and they even cleaned up the attic and they installed everything brand new. We have now kept them to keep track our system from now on. On a small note, my kids are all happy they are getting AC in there rooms and it's always the small businesses who do a better and accurate job because it's not about the money but it's about the quality.

Daron's initial meeting was great, love everything they do and how they stand behind their work. Worked with our budget with incredible value.     This company is great. I have had other AC guys recommended to me prior to having Friends & Family. Would highly recommend if have an AC unit. The owner, Jimmy, showed up to my house along with one of his employees. These guys are super respectful. They took the time to explain everything that they were doing. Helps to understand how it all works with the AC. If you are in the IE, have an AC, then you need to work with Friends and Family. Its a smaller company that's building and good honest work to come of it.
