Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was after hours when I contacted friends and family, the owner happened to live near me and took time from his own family to come over to my house, diagnose and fix my issue. With two toddler’s and my wife in the house A/C is a must!

Having no knowledge of furnace repair I’m glad I found this company to help me with my needs. They sent a technician named Stevie who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me understand the issue we were having without trying to sell us something we didn’t need. I will definitely be recommending this company to my friends & family!

I called Friend & Family HVAC today (12/8/20) with my heating problem. Spoke with Holly, who has such a kind and professional attitude. I was really surprised when she could get someone out to look at my heating problem today. I received a few text messages then Daron Garlough arrived. Look at my thermostat then went on my roof then my heater was working. Thank you so much Mr. Garlough. You have save my holidays.

Something was wrong with my heater so I called these guys. Stevie was the tech I worked with. I found him to be very helpful, honest, and just a good dude. Will definitely call these guys again. Oh yea, and now my heater works like a charm!

what can i say other than james is legit!! called him and within a hour he was at my house. I had a 30yr old heater someone else said i needed to replace right away. Come to fine out it was just a loose wire and not i have heat again!! I now have a Friend and family member in the hvac trade
