This company is amazing, from the moment I called I knew that Friends and Family was the right choice for me and my family. Our heater stopped working in the middle of the night on one of the coldest nights of the year. I called first thing in the morning, Holly scheduled me with a technician that afternoon. Daron arrived on time and was very knowledgable and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within an hour. I am so grateful that I called Friends ands and Family, they will have my business from here on out.

The experience working with James and his team to replace our full AC system was a breeze. After a quick phone call with James, my wife and I knew that we were in good hands. James was very flexible and responsive to all our questions. Scheduling our installation and time was painless thanks to James being very flexible with his schedule.

The installation and walkthrough of the system was quick and efficient thanks to Chris and Steve. They were able to finish installing our 4 ton - 2 stage system under 8 hours and gave us a full walkthrough of the system features and recommendations for maintenance to ensure longevity. So greatful that we had the opportunity to work with Friends & Family and will gladly work with them for any of our future HVAC needs.

Nothing worse than your heater going out when you least expect it. Luckily I was able to find Friends and Family who came to the rescue.

James was an absolute delight to work with. You can tell he’s a student of his craft because he was able to diagnose the issue with my heater, and knew exactly what needed to be done, and got it done quickly.

He does well at managing expectations and takes an authentic approach to his consultations. Should another issue pop up, i know who to go to call!

I don’t usually leave this kind of feedback comment but the service I had deserves it. We have twin baby girls at the house and our heater went out so I was in a pinch to find someone fast. I called around several different places to try and get someone to my house and I was looking at 2-3days for a service call until I got a hold of Friends and Family. The service technician called when he was 15 minutes from my home to let me know he would be arriving soon and he was working on the heater no more than an hour after I got off the phone, seriously could not believe how fast he got to our place and started working. He was very friendly and gave us several options for repair and replace of a part on our system. The price was way cheaper than I had anticipated. I’ve had work done previously with other companies where I’m in the kitchen getting the pitch about a bunch of stuff I don’t need but this wasn’t the case with Friends and Family, he had the replacement part in his van and was in and out of my house in no time. Thanks for the unbelievable service, the fair price, and the timely manner you got the job done. Take my word on these guys and make them your first call!

The team here is great! I highly recommend for your a/c needs. They were friendly, efficient, down to earth, and knowledgeable. They were honest in their recommendations and pricing. They went above and beyond in how quick they performed as I have a newborn and the hot summer weather is here already. I appreciate the efforts that were made and the action that was taken. Darren from Friends and Family HVAC was the fourth repair person we had out to our home to identify the cause of a ceiling leak. Not only was he the only one to diagnose the problem correctly - the problem wasn’t even in his specialty! It ended up being a plumbing issue that even a prior plumber wasn’t able to diagnose. After realizing it wasn’t an issue he could assist us with, he offered to wait 30 minutes for my husband to get home from work to explain what he found to him in person and gave us a free check up on our A/C units while he waited. After being so disappointed in the level of service received by other A/C and plumbing companies, we were so incredibly impressed with the professionalism and kindness that Darren showed us. He truly went above and beyond - and it is obvious just by talking with him that he knows his stuff when it comes to HVAC. We will be needing to replace our entire A/C system soon as it is aging, and we have already committed to buying from Friends and Family HVAC.

We were so impressed with Darren and his team. They were very professional, showing special attention to detail, knowledgeable, and even followed up with us a week later to make sure everything was working right and that we were happy. Daron from friends and family A/C and heating was honestly such a blessing for my family and I. He came out right away and was so polite and made us feel comfortable. I have a house of girls so you can imagine my stress of not being able to find trustworthy advice or people to come over and help with repairs or give quotes. I actually had someone come previously from another company and they said my A/C had multiple problems and needed to be fixed for about $1000! They made us feel like we had no choice but to go with them. Luckily Daron came by and seen that it was just a bad wire that needed to be replaced. He was so honest and I couldn’t have been happier with his service!!!! It gives me faith in knowing there are genuine people out there still. Very Thankful for Friends and Family A/C and Heating :)

What a great experience. I was worried about getting taken advantage of with all these shady HVAC company’s. After contacting several companies I found the only company my family will ever use. James with friends and family gave me so much added value and quality installation. We are definitely enjoying our cooler home and lower bill.

There are no words for the level of service we received! Our heater broke down last night, and we called everybody in town. The only company that answered (10 p.m) was Friends & Family. Jimmy (the owner) picked up and assured us that someone would be here at 8 a.m. sharp as our children were cold. Sure enough at 7:58, Jeff arrived with the most genuine smile. He wore covers over his boots, he put a drop cloth down and was exceptional in explaining what he was going to do. 5 minutes later he found the problem, got the part off of his truck and the heater turned back on. He explained to us that the issue was due to lack of maintenance and we signed up for their rewards program for the future annual cleanings. We've had many people work in our home, NEVER have we had this level of service. I will be recommending to our friends & family.
