Daron came to the house on the same day of the call - Saturday. He was very professional with his shoe covers when he entered the house. He took a look at our furnace, AC unit, and house structure and provided us with options and recommendations. He was very patience with us and answered all of our questions.

Our ducts and water heater had asbestos, so we needed to replace them. For the cost and financing option, we decided to replace the furnace, ducts, AC unit, water heater, and added a split unit upstairs. By the way, we love the split unit upstairs as they provided us with an upgrade without the additional cost.

It was a very painless experience, and we really appreciate the urgency of the process as everything was completed by the following Friday. Thanks to the team! We really appreciate it!

This business is courteous, professional, and goes above and beyond. Kenny Neyra came out to help us determine why there was no air in my mother's bedroom (mobile home). After spending a LONG time under the house, he was able to correct the problem the same day AND do it for less than what we anticipated. Kenny was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us in great detail. He even helped us out with a furniture delivery that arrived at the same time as he did! We cannot express our gratitude enough for his help that day. You cannot go wrong using Friends & Family HVAC!

Had a leak that was going to become potentially troublesome, and since it was inside the wall it was not covered by our warranty, so I called Friends & Family based on their Google reviews.

I was not disappointed! In my case, Christian came out - diagnosed the issue, presented me with some options and had me decide. Since nothing was repaired the first day, I was not charged until the 2nd visit when the problem was resolved.

Some time has passed now and the problem has stayed fixed - so I definitely recommend these guys!

Edgar was THE best. So friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. He figured out what was wrong very quickly and made sure to check all the vents to ensure that it was actually cooling. He also taught me how to change my air filters! Will definitely be back if I ever run into another HVAC issue!

We had an urgent issue arise with our upstairs air conditioning unit which could have turned out to be very costly and caused a lot of damage. Fortunately for my husband and I, James was able to quickly respond, diagnose and correctly fix the problem. Cristian was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also prompt and thorough. I joined the Family Rewards Plan and received a 15% discount. Now, with plan gives me a sense of protection; I feel my AC and furnace will be in better shape with their complimentary tune-ups etc.

Our heating system wasn't producing any heat so we called Friends and Family to come out for a resolution and quote. Their technician Stevie was timely, earlier than expected, very professional and was able to fix the issue quickly and efficiently. We have dealt with heating and air companies before and it is difficult to find a company that is truly in business to help people. Great Service from James (Both the technician and owner of the business). We appreciated the fast turn around from call in to arrival to repair... We'd been quoted a LOT of money from some of the other larger established reputable companies, Friends and Family came in same day, fixed the problem for a LOT less money and gave the entire system a once over check to make sure it wouldn't happen again.

The system runs better than it did before now too.

He gave us his personal cell phone number and said I could reach out anytime via text or phone with any questions or emergencies... That to me is old school service and something we really appreciated.
