These guys are simply the best in the industry. We knew from our first encounter with Jimmy we’d be in good hands. He went above and beyond to help us with a new install to replace a horrible one from another guy that just tried to continuously gouge our wallet. He explained in detail why we had all the issues we did, and helped us to understand all of our options. After we called him for a consultation he was out the following day for a full assessment, and after we made our decision his team came out and completed the install the following day. Everything went perfect! When you deal with projects like this, it’s not often you think of honest, professional, integrity, compassionate, caring, friendly to truly describe “your guy” in the field. Jimmy has been all of this and more! I cannot speak more highly of him, his team, and the transformation they did with our new system. True craftsmanship! Friends and family heating & AC are incredible and an “A” class company. They responded to me the first time I called, and scheduled me in a reasonable time. The tech who arrived was very knowledgeable and fixed my issue very fast.

I tried to change out my thermostat myself but my AC unit would not come back on. When the tech came, he told me what the problem was, fixed it by changing the fuses I had blown, and programmed my new thermostat for me. That’s what business is all about, he was clear in what he was doing for me and charged me a reasonable price. Honesty, clarity and knowledge of your trade is all we expect as customers and friends & family had all of that. I will call them anytime I have issues with my AC or furnace systems, and will recommend them to all my family and friends. People need to know the companies out there that are doing a good job and friends and family are one of them. Thanks guys, much appreciated.

Max came out to service our air conditioning he was extremely knowledgeable and efficient he was Courteous and polite.

Lito and his team comprised of Cesar and Baltazar. Where nothing short of professional and friendly. 10 out of ten would recommend. I love my mini splits!

Our AC was blowing into the garage and a quick call to Friends and Family had Max Cruz out to service the unit. The company is super professional from the initial call to the friendly as well as responsive and professional tech (Max) that arrived at our door. He not only showed us what was wrong but how to maintain it going forward as well. A GREAT TRUSTED BUSINESS. Hopefully, I won't have any more issues w/ my AC but if I do, Friends and Family will get my repeat business!!!

This company is absolutely amazing. My house was built in the 60 s and I have had several repairs over the years. It is so refreshing to see a company work hard and follow through with a promise made. Friends and Family is just what their business name says. They treat you like a friend or a family member. Honest and trustworthy. They promptly answer their phone and sent a technician named Edgar. He was professional, clean and spent extra time showing me how to do some inbetween maintenance on my furnace. I am disabled and I can't express enough gratitude for how nice he was and helpful. I called this company a year ago because I had a leaking hose so it was a emergency. I was so empress by their technician Kenny I signed up for their Friends and Family family rewards membership plan. He was so nice and it was so reasonable I figured I had nothing to lose. To my surprise when the 6 month tune-up came time the company called me. WHAT? They worked around my schedule for my free tune-up that came with my plan. My equipment is from the 90 s and they keep it running. Thank Friends and Family HVAC I just wish your company also did plumbing, drywall and well you get it.. 🙏 ❤

Have a vent blowing less air then usual. Paid $69 to have someone check it out! Really appreciated his honesty when I was told we could have all new duct work done but it's not necessary. Took photo of small condesation build up on duct to show me what he found. Was friendly and made it feel like I knew him already. Great service!

I am very happy I found Friends & Family Heating and Air Conditioning. I highly recommend them to everyone. I made an appointment to replace my 19 year old AC. Nick Mazurier checked on the size of the system and provided a quote. The same week Nick had a team out to install a new Friends and Family branded 5 Ton 2 stage compressor and variable speed fan Air Conditioner. Giovanni, Rafael and Cesar installed the system in one day. They did a great job, the installation looks perfect and the system works great. The 2 stage compressor and variable speed fan, keeps my 2100sf house cool all day and the new unit uses less than half the energy of the old unit. We called Friends and Family to get a quote on a planned HVAC upgrade. They provided by far the most comprehensive and detailed take on what was needed to improve the quality of our AC. Since they were also competitive on the price, no need to say we went with Friends and Family.

The day of install, the crew knocked on our door at 9am and were done around 4pm. They were friendly, worked efficiently and kept our house clean, as promised.

The new HVAC is super quiet and definitely improved the quality of the indoor air. The improved performance is in line with what we were told during the initial inspection.

Friends and Family are definitely worth working with. They are here to help, provide accurate information, explain the trade-offs - and keep the customer in the driver's seat the whole time. They provide a number of assurances and warranties that make the investment fairly risk free. We were also happy to support a local business, since they will contribute to the growth of our local economy.

1. Customer service and first impressions mean a lot to us so the first thing that impressed me was the response time to my Yelp messages and the professionalism and friendliness. Jimmy greeted me with a "Good morning" which I truly appreciate. Not all businesses do that and I'm turned off by cold, short responses without any friendly personal touches.

2. Price and budget also matter to me and the quote was reasonable and lower than others I received.

3. Efficiency in scheduling the appt was great. Whitney was super polite and professional and made scheduling a breeze. I was able to schedule an appt within 24 hours and she told me that I'd receive a confirmation text as well as a courtesy text when the technician was en route. I received both texts.

4. Edgar was was our HVAC specialist and he was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. He took the time to explain our system to us and how everything works. He worked fast and efficiently to tune up our furnace and went out of his way to give us genuinely helpful tips and asked if we had any questions. We had questions and he answered them all. We feel so much better about running our heater during this unusually cold winter and are thankful for the whole team. We could tell Edgar is very knowledgeable and eager to share the knowledge.
