We just had our very old worn out furnace and a/c unit replaced using Family and Friends HVAC. If you're looking to have an incredible experience start to finish look no further these are your people! Indeed the name of the company serves them well, as we truly felt that we were treated just like we were their family. The entire staff, from Whitney in scheduling, to Kenny and Drew in diagnostics and inspections, to Nick in finance and sales helping us determine what units and price fit our budget and requirement, on to Salvadore and Ignacio who were the muscles of the operation as they were our installers of the behemoth equipment! Finally, last and certainly not least, Jimmy the owner who was extremely humble and took time to say thank you for choosing their company! I couldn't recommend them enough! I never thought I'd say this, but bring on the heat we are ready to rock and roll with our awesome new Google thermostat to boot! Thank you again to all you wonderful people at Friends and Family! We learned a lot and look forward to seeing you in a year for our maintenance visit as we learned, just like a car, it needs an oil change and tune up once in a while to keep 'er running smooth! ( :

Called them out to diagnose why my AC wasn't working and they came and I paid them the service fee. The technician said he would look in to the part I needed and get back to me the next day with an estimate....it's been three weeks now and they still haven't contacted me. I called twice and they said they would reach out to the technician to contact me and still no luck.

Incredibly unreliable company.

Wow!!!! What a great experience. Our air conditioning unit was not working properly. I called Friends & Family last night and was able to have them come out today. Thank you Edgar Martinez for being prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Within 20 minutes he was able to diagnose the issue and fix it! Whew! Because summer is on the way, and it’s going to be a hot one. I highly recommend Friends & Family. I will continue to use them for anything in the future should the need arise.

My ac unit went out in my rental. My landlord got this company to come out and see what the issue is. Max came out and he was so nice! Super honest and so respectful of our home. I will always recommend this company moving forward.

Wow! This company is incredible. Kenny came out for an estimate and was such a pleasure. He was extremely likable, informative, and kind. He is extremely skilled at building rapport and making you feel comfortable. He also eases any anxiety you may have about your project. Truly awesome guy!

Whitney is absolutely the sweetest on the phone. She is kind, attentive, and patient. This is an honest and caring company. They are wonderful at keeping you calm (at least I needed it for my issue) and are a very hardworking family. You're in good hands!

AC technician, Edgar, arrived on time. He was able to diagnose the problem with our AC quickly. The repair was done in less than 1 hr. He's very knowledgeable and professional. He was very patient. He willingly spoke with my husband via face time to explain the repair he was about to do. I am very satisfied and a happy customer. Would definitely use them again and refer them to my family and friends who need help with HVAC. Thank you so much, Edgar!

After sending out several Yelp quote requests for local HVAC businesses, I received a very informative, friendly call from Whitney. She understood our issue, quoted the service call, and confirmed availability for the next day. Daron arrived today right on time and was able to easily fix our heater issue. Due to this business' exceptional service, I will be referring them to family and friends in need of HVAC service. Thanks Daron and Whitney!

I actually tried this company based off of the reviews posted and I can truly say that I am glad that I did. We called them because our thermostat stopped working. We ended up getting a new thermostat installed. Kenny was great. He was on time, installed the thermostat, showed us how to use it and checked our AC and heater to make sure that everything was working great. Thank you for the great service. We will definitely be using this company for all our future AC and heating needs.

The quality of work and customer service is top notch. You rarely find a company that truly cares about its customers and Friends and Family does. From my first meeting with James and his service tech, I knew “ these were the guys “ and I would be well taken care of. The install crew and James arrived promptly as promised and they worked all day into the evening before my system was complete. The attention to detail and quality of work was amazing. I highly recommend that if you’re in the market for a new, upgrade, or service related HVAC system , give Family and Friends a call !

I just had Daron of Friends & Family Heating And Air Conditioning out today to our home to take care of the dripping secondary line from the condensation caused by our AC unit. We were super pleased with our entire experience using this company!! They came out the next day after me calling for an appointment. Im sorry I can't remember her name but the female that assisted me on the phone when I made the appointment was super friendly and very nice. Daron was on time, very professional, friendly and Covid sensitive when he showed up. He cleared out our condensation drain/clog in the attic and under our sink and resolved our issue we had been having with the non stop dripping water down the side of our house. He did it very fast I might add! Very great and more than fair price!! Will be using this company again for any of our AC/ HVAC needs! Q
