We were able to replace our furnace within a couple of days. The team at hometown was incredible helpful and fast. I really appreciated Michael’s approach and didn’t feel like I was being sold on anything that we didn’t need.

Jacob Munn was very personable. After completing the inspection, he sat down with me and reviewed what he had done and his findings. As part of his explanation, he showed me pictures he had taken of my system. This was very helpful and made his talking points much clearer. I really appreciated his thorough explanation.

Jake arrived at the designated time, put on booties, explained what he would do, and got to work. He worked diligently and with obvious skill and knowledge. We had Armani as our service technician and he was great! He showed us pictures and talked us through each and every photo explaining our system to us! He also went around the whole house to make sure all of our vents were open. Overall he was very thorough and would recommend him to anyone getting their service done!

The recent call-back service call was to make an adjustment to a new system. It was not required but I preferred it be done. Rony did the work with-out objection, pleasing a customer. Hometown’s service including office employees have the experience and dedication to repeatedly give best possible service. The sales person Michael is highly likable person who sincerely cares about me being pleased with start to finish service. Rony, the lead service technician is highly experienced and skilled in installation, using a good installation crew. I know about mechanical construction and Rony was most accommodating to my preferences and inquiries. My total HAVAC replacement was performed flawlessly.
