Best Company for heater work and customer care they go above and beyond. I can't rave about them more than I have been. Jeff and I believe the other man was Cody had come out for my heater since I had PGE here for a gas leak. They had shut the heater down and I called Freschi out. They had installed the heater 15 years ago. They came out right away and noticed how cold my house was. They are trying to find parts to fix my heater. The morning after they were here Jeff had called me. He had asked if they could drop by just for a moment. Him and his wonderful wife arrived with a wonderful Christmas card and a floor heater for me. I was never so touched in my life. I am a 3rd generation to use them in my family. Big thank you to Freschi!!

Bottom line, if you need A/C or heater work please call Freschi. You will love them!

UPDATE to review: 2/28/23
I have since been contacted by the new GM, who made fixing my job a top priority. They came out and replaced ALL the duct work again. The installers were super helpful & got it all done in 1 day.

This company is terrible! They were extremely helpful & friendly in the beginning to give the quote. I hired them in June 2022 to replace my old duct work. They started it, left it unfinished, came back 2 mos later after harassing them, they finished it & I paid them $5500. Then in Jan 2023 I could hear water through the vent, I called them 5 times, finally got through to a "new manager" he sent someone out who said all our ducts are full of water, lying in puddles under our house. They poked more holes in it drain the water & said they all need to be replaced again. Now I can't get a hold of them. The "new manager" just got fired & I may need to sue them to get what I paid for. Avoid Freschi at all costs!

David, the lead technician, and assistant Julian, installed a furnace and air conditioning unit today at my house. They did an awesome job! It was a big job to remove my old system. They reconfigured the system to make it more efficient. They were totally professional and very respectful - they put on booties when they came in my home. When the job was complete, David walked me through the new system and explained everything in detail. They cleaned up well and left things immaculate. I’m very pleased I went with Freschi.

We recently had our AC/heating system repaired by Vili and David. Both of them were extremely professional and got the job done quickly. They were very honest when it came to prices on parts and saved us a lot of money overall. They even wore coverings on their shoes inside the house which was very thoughtful. I would recommend these two guys to anyone who needs their system repaired. Phenomenal job from start to finish.

David, Edgar and the rest of the team did an outstanding job. Not only did they complete the installation but stayed around to test and make sure that everything was to our liking. They respected the surroundings of the house and paid attention to detail. I would use them again thank you so much.

DAVID A., Julian J. Are very exceptional gentleman . I am very happy with Davids preciseness in his performance! They both saw throughout the whole project. Later was joined by Jose and Kevin. There was another gentleman but did not get his name. Quality of work and sharpness a 100% These guys deserve it all for there hard work and being able to adjust to my comfort needs . Thank you David and service experts for helping me with my new heat pump system!!

Kevin and Angela were very prompt and courteous. Took the time to listen and understand the situation. Replaced the very noisy resistor(?)
I am now happy with the HVAC system, and looking forward to it finally being dependable.

Booked Freschi for a routine maintenance service on our two HVAC systems (installed by Freschi about 5 years ago). Making the appointment was easy and the team arrived on time as planned. Hugo, their technician was especially friendly, informative and efficient in servicing our HVAC systems. I also signed up for their yearly maintenance program and would recommend Freschi for handling anyone’s HVAC needs.

Hugo did a great job in performing my yearly air conditioner maintenance. I have been with Freschi since they installed my HVAC system 6 years ago and I have never had any complaints.

My experience with Freschi Heating & Air Conditioning has been very pleasant!! The installers, Ric, Scott, Brian and Adrian was AWESOME, and did a very clean and professional job..A1!! They don't usually do big installs on a Saturday, but the Supervisor made an exception for me, and it made me feel very special, and my business with them was appreciated. Keep up the great work. You far exceeded my expectations.
