Freschi Air Service Experts

We’ve been with Freschi service experts for many years. They have provided all of our installations and maintenance on all our hvac units. Every technician that has arrived to do maintenance has been professional and efficient. Edgar was our most recent technician and we are very pleased with the service he provided.

Edgar was great, he called ahead and told us when he would arrive. He was on time as stated. After explaining to him our problem with our thermostat, he called the office to schedule an appointment. Edgar also suggested that we make an appointment regarding our AC to have it checked before summer months begin.

Technicians were on time, very helpful and professional. Solved my AC problems quickly. Thank you Vili and Mani.

They were prompt, pleasant, and professional. They answered all of my questions. I recommend them to others who need a new furnace.

Had a tech come out two different times. After the first time, they “fixed” my AC. Paid what was owed. Two days later, my AC stopped cooling again. Called them and they came back again, did they same thing they did the first time, but charged me double and said that I need a whole new AC system, then quoted me 3k.

I let them know that for them to charge me double the amount for the second visit made no sense, especially since their “fix” didn’t work after I paid for the first visit.

After so much back and forth of the supervisor not calling me back, they ended up sending my bill to collections. Would not recommend this crooked company to anyone.

Daniel and Mariano were excellent. They were very thorough in diagnosing the problem and patiently waited till they saw what it was. In addition, Daniel noticed a gap on the backside of the heating duct and fix that while they were here. I would highly recommend them.

Fabian did an amazing job! He is very knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on my system and the steps he was taking to maintain my system. Very patient and kind to us older folks, highly recommended him. Thank you Fabian!
