I have now had my ducts replaced by Mike, Brian and Ric who followed through on repairs recommended to me by the project coordinator and maintenance tech a couple weeks ago. I am very impressed with all of these folks! Jose the project coordinator and Daniel the maintenance tech initially came by to give me an estimate for repairing our ducts after it was revealed by our home inspector and foundation repair crew that they had leaks. Jose and Daniel are very friendly and more importantly they did a very thorough assessment of the duct system as well as inspection of my hvac/furnace. I am familiar with hvac systems so as they summarized their findings, I knew that they are very knowledgeable of their craft. As mentioned in my edits, I went with their recommendations and really appreciate them for spending so much time evaluating my home. And then Mike, Brian and Ric came in and got the job done!!! Friendly and professional all day long!

Our AC quit and it was 90 degrees in the house.I called after hours and got an appointment for the next day! Technician arrived on time and was personable and knowledgeable. While, our AC couldn’t be fixed; it was old, a project manager promptly arrived to explain our options for a new AC, accommodated our difficult schedule, made us feel appreciated, and provided a portable AC until the new installation could take place. We felt completely safe with their employees in our house; very compassionate and service accommodating employees! I highly recommend them!

Wow! Fabian just left performing our six-month checkup on our HVAC and I was blown away by his customer service. This guy has customer care down perfectly. Freschi needs to have him teach classes on exceptional customer service because he is THAT GOOD.

Colby and Jeff were both timely, courteous and professional. Colby took the time to answer my questions during the tune-up and impressed me with his expertise and kind manner. After the good experience, I signed up for their maintenance plan.

Showed us all our options to make corrections. We’re very pleased with the service they provided and they are definitely an asset to the company!

Just had my winter maintenance check and Vili & Hugo were very thorough and informative. There was no mess left behind and they worn shoe covers without me having to ask.
