Julio arrived on time and got straight to work on inspecting our AC unit. He was very professional, thorough, and clear in his communication. He did an excellent job of explaining to us the current state of the unit and provided us his recommendations. We really appreciate the effort he put into the inspection!

I would like to thank April who I spoke with on Aug 9th. regarding the advantage program. She is a true professional at her job. Within seconds of my question she was able to respond and tell me the information that I needed to know.
It's too bad that there are not more employees like April. Trained, as well as professional.

Since this last review I have been so disappointed in this company. I have been calling since Dec 30, 2022. I have been leaving messages that my roof is not only leaking , and buckets of water are pouring down into my bedrooms due to an incorrect installation of my $14.000 plus ac/heating unit which was installed on my roof.
The brackets that the unit is on was not raised and it should have been raised at least 1 inch so the water could could run down under the unit and to the ground rather than building up on the roof and pouring down into my bedrooms.
a total of at least 10 plus calls were made and no one ever called back,
Finally today I actually got thru to the concord office, and after being on hold 20 minutes and transferred to a so called manager Flob or Fabio I was told that some was on their way to come to my house, This was a 2:50 pm. He said he would call me right back with the person's location. Of course that never happened. So I tried calling the service number again only to be told that they are a answering service and they will pass on the message, No one person would actually give me the phone number to the concord office. So I would never recommend this company. The unit was extremely expensive but once they get your money they couldn't care less if you have a problem. Stay away from this company.

One of our AC units broke down.
Technician named Dustin came
out to our home the same day. A part needed to be replaced and had to be
ordered. When the part came in, Dustin came back to
replace the part. He was very professional, personable and knowledgeable. We are extremely impressed with the office staff and our technician. Highly recommend Freschi.

We had central heating and air installed along with Will was the representative that I talked to about the installation and he was very professional and knowledgeable and was really great Rics team came out and installed the new AC system and they were very professional and help explain everything to me. Our water heater gave out the next day found out it was over 20 years old and Will was able to get us a new water heater installed the next day since we didn't have hot water. The gentleman that came out at 4-22-22 was on time professional and was very happy with the install. I am so thankful I went with your company and will continue to be a customer with your business in the future thank you so much

Kevin just left my home after servicing my heater and has been my technician of choice for MANY years. He is alway thorough, courteous, thoughtful and cheerful. Always upbeat…he likes what he does and is an expert! He always keeps me informed with the status of the systems as well as elaborates and/or expand about any concerns that he may have. He wears protective booties while indoors and was sensitive during Covid. My preference is Kevin and I request him specifically when servicing appointments are made. THANK YOU Kevin!

Kevin provided excellent service! He arrived right on time and helped us get our AC back up in running quickly. He even went above and beyond giving us hints on how to extend the life of our system. Great communication and service - we truly felt like valued customers.

Freschi is the best! They have installed and maintained my HVAC systems for years. Their technicians are always polite, professional and informative! Jason DeMarco came today and even waited for me because I was unexpectedly delayed at an appointment so was a few minutes late for him. Very nice! Highly recommend this company.

April 2023: Vili came and inspected the AC unit and installed a new thermostat. Great work and was so friendly and informative!

Fab was great! He was very professional; he explained each step before he performed it, he cleaned up after himself, and wore floor booties to keep my floor clean! This was a warranty repair. I highly recommend Freschi. They have been servicing my home Hvac for over 4 years.
