I would highly recommend this company, and especially David and Jose! I rarely leave reviews, but had no choice this time because they did such an excellent job. I had many other companies come and try to assess why my air conditioner was not working. I’ve been suffering on the hot days and it was not until David and Jose did a thorough test did they discover what is was. Amazing job!

Experienced issues with my Mini-Split AC/Heating unit. These systems are not that common so it took several tech visits to properly diagnose issue. Freschi sent Vili, their mini-split expert. He was able to properly diagnose the issue quickly as a small freon leak. We will request him for the the follow on repair work.

Been a member and customer for over 8 years. I signed up for the special program, free of charge. I have 24/7 help and priority scheduling. Had issue with the unit. Gave me pointers on finding a part :)saved money:) the technicians go above and beyond.

Daniel G was professional , courteous and clearly communicated the status and what was needed upfront. He quietly and proficiently found the problem with our Trane air system, repaired it and took the time to explain what s needed/ recommended going forward. I felt informed, but not pressured about options. He was unfazed by the chaos in our house that particular day and just worked around it all. ( kids, pets, projects and all! ) he’s what I call at work an “A team member” and a keeper! You’ve got an excellent employee. I highly recommend that you ask for him if you need HVAC work, he will do the job right.

We had some initial scheduling problems for the installation of a whole house fan but when they got there they were great. Brian and Gerardo were professional and exceptionally neat. They put down drop cloths throughout the work area and vacuumed when they were done. I think the house was cleaner when they left than when they got there. They removed all waste and left me with a very neat installation.

Dustin came earlier than we expected, very skilled! Didn’t take long for him to find the issue. Now we have cold air blowing in the house again. Thank you

Vili, the service technician, was very professional. He called ahead and came on time, completed the inspection and explained everything he had done in detail as well as the suggestions for things that might need service in the near future. I definitely recommend Freschi Service.

I used to work for this company and I must applaud Daniel G. for being such a professional and a good person. Extremely polite and very friendly. He explained everything to me so I could understand what he was talking about. I will definitely ask for him to come back to my home because I know he will do his job correctly. You should all give him a high five. Maybe he should train other techs on how it is done and how to act with the customer. And I cannot say enough about his friendly smile and good looks.
