    Jose & Dustin just left from servicing my home & did an amazing job ! I’m sure I had alot of annoying questions & they made sure to answer all with no complaints. Can’t wait to schedule for the vent cleaning ! Highly recommend being a monthly member for Freschi, going on year 2 . Very affordable

    The technician, Fabian R. Montoya, acted in a professional manner and provided excellence service. Mr. Montoya called before arriving promptly at 8am. Mr. Montoya explained the testing he was going to perform on my AC unit and gave me the results. Mr. Montoya also hosed the external coils which I never knew could be done. Mr. Montoya also showed me how I could safely hose down the coils myself.

    Mr Julio just finished doing the maintenance of our furnace . Julio is a good fit for your company I see how he performs, he inspect thoroughly & check everything is working properly. He’s a good communicator & friendly I recommend on our next maintenance to bring him back .

    We had an appt on Wednesday (9/14/22) to have a technician take a look at my Mom's AC unit; to see if it could be repaired, and if not if Freschi would give my Mom a quote for a new unit. Her unit actually went out last week when we were going through triple digit heat for 5 days straight, and since Freschi was so booked up she had another company that could come last week take a look at her unit. That company sent out a Jr. Technician who told her the compressor was shot and it had to be replaced, and that he was unable to fix it. This surprised me that he couldn't do ANYTHING at all; so that company sent out a Sr. Technician who only gave us a quote for a new AC unit and Furnace; because that gentleman told us that she HAD TO replace both; not just one; It wasn't the news we wanted to hear. After that non productive appt, I called Freschi again to get an appt. The reason I'm giving the detail of her other appts, because it made us both APPRECIATE what Jose B. & Colby G. did when they came out this Wednesday. We explained the issues; and Colby right away looked for the units to see what was going on; and he opened up the compressor to try and diagnose the problem. At this point, we were both happy with what we were seeing because the previous company DIDN'T EVEN open up the compressor to diagnose the issue, he looked at it, smelled something burning and said it had to be replaced. Colby thought that the capacitor (sp?) was out and that he could try to replace to see if that could fix the issue. Jose explained to me how the capacitor and compressor work and that if this fixed the issue it would be a temporary fix, because of the age of the machine. Colby had the part, he changed it and it low and behold the unit that the other company said that couldn't be fixed was actually fixed!! That made my Mom so happy; finally cool air! It was worth the wait of 1 week to have Freschi come out because Colby saved the day! I did ask Jose B. to give us a quote on a new unit AC & Furnace. He explained it all very well; with a diagram and all! Jose told us about your ADVANTAGE membership and after he went over the numbers we were flabbergasted by the value. The other company offered my Mom 18 months financing; and on a retiree income the quote the other company gave us was alot to take in. That tech wanted my Mom to make an appt right there and then; and I politely declined because I wanted a 2nd quote. Jose didn't pressure us and really explained the benefits of your ADVANTAGE membership and made us feel better about this decision. If I could Colby and Jose 10 stars I would. They were both professional, knowledgeable, polite, & willing to do what it took to help my Mom. We will be contacting Jose in the future about a new unit once we the work done approved by her HOA.     Annual A/C Maintenance. Service Engineer (Jason DeMarco, #720) arrived as scheduled, explained what services were to be performed, and promptly went to work. As he ran through his tests, he kept me informed. Jason was professional, and had a pleasant attitude. We are very satisfied.

    Update: Jason #720 was out here again today going over my air conditioning system. He's so incredibly thorough! Very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and literally takes all the time I need to make sure I understand everything he's telling me. Which is great because when my husband gets home I have to be able to explain it all to him. Once again I'm so glad I used Freschi and I really appreciate Jason. I would have written a whole new review. But it didn't give me an option for that. It also didn't give me an option to pick any more stars. But I would have picked five once again!

    I'm so grateful to be on the service plan with this company. We got our annual heater check up. Our service technician's name was Jason DeMarco #720. He was extremely thorough and explained everything to me in terms that I can understand. I really appreciated his patience. Every technician I've ever seen so far has been nice and Jason is no exception! I have a very old heater system. So his thorough explanation of the different things I needed to know about our heater was greatly appreciated. He also let me know what my options would be for replacing parts and for replacing the whole thing. Thank you once again Freschi and thank you Jason
