Great service and promises were kept to install our new A/C compressor during one of the hottest time of the year, (August 2017).

I use Air One HVAC for multi properties. They have always left me happy whether it’s a new system or a repair on an old system. Crew is professional and Cindy is the office is knowledgeable and very accommodating. I pay for quality and knowledge. Never disappointed with them. Saved in my favorites of contacts!

I highly recommend Air One HVAC. I am very impressed by their prompt, professional service. I called them at 1:40 in the afternoon and by 2:30 a tech was at our house on the same day. I didn't expect to have the repair done the same day due to the time of year and I know how busy it is. Again, I can't say enough about my GREAT experience I had with Air One and how quickly Chris and his tech responded to our issue.

Chris has been extremely helpful. He installed a new air conditioner this last summer. I was very happy with the air conditioner and his service. He was easy to get ahold of. Each time I called and left a message he called right back. The first time I used the HVAC system for heat months later it didn’t work. He sent two guys out that very same day and fixed it, no charge. I highly recommend Air One. His service is great and his prices are competitive.

We have used them for several of our properties, and they are great. Always knowledgeable, always professional and they always have competitive pricing. In the rare instance they make a mistake, they quickly come out and resolve the issue. I can not say enough great things about Chris and his team at Air One.

After moving into a new home late 2016. I called Air One with some issues we were having with the performance of our furnace. Chris came out and after evaluating our system he said the Equipment is fine and we needed to add 2 more Return Air Grills. Totally not what I was thinking. Due to the inability of keeping the house comfortable and the furnace always running, I'm thinking "rip it out and put in a Bigger Furnace." I appreciate his honesty and not trying to up sale me unneeded Equipment , not to mention, saving us thousands of dollars! Jorge and crew showed up and knocked it out with a first rate installation. When completed the place was clean and Jorge took the time to program the new thermostat as well as show me how to use it from my phone. The heat and a/c now works perfect! Well done Air One HVAC! Our home is located near some new construction homes, which at the time resulted in the rodent population getting stirred up and looking for new places to hide. Our home is on a raised foundation and discovered our ductwork was damaged partially due to the rodents and otherwise issues. I had several companies come out to inspect and quote. When Air One came out, they were the ONLY company that came up with a more creative solution that combined repairs instead of replacing duct work and putting new ducts in where necessary. Their bid saved us a lot of money. They were prompt to help, knowledgeable and did a great job for us. They are decent, honest and hard-working people. I highly recommend them!!
