Hometown Heating and Air Conditioning

Baker came to our house yesterday for a maintenance check on the AC. Unfortunately, as we suspected, we need an entire new HVAC system. Baker was so knowledgeable , professional and trustworthy. Both my Husband and I liked him immediately. We will he working with Baker for our new HVAC. Highly recommend!!!

Jeff was exceptionally good. He really helped us to understand the fundamentals and dynamics of our heating/ cooling needs. He was patient and clearly knew the details of what the variables could be for us.We were completely impressed with him. Good man.

Jacob M was very professional, very patience, especially with me at the age of 90s, very thoroughly in explaining everything, very polite. Understand my frustration over hard to read thermostat and change it to a much simpler one I can read. He was very competent and knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend him anytime. Wish I could give him a gold star.

Exceptionally great experience! Booking an appointment was really easy, and they were here on time the next morning. Justin O. came to my home, diagnosed and resolved the issue, and then explained everything to help me understand what happened and why. His expertise and experience were clear, but the biggest standout was his excellent communication. I'll absolutely hire Hometown again in the future. Thanks, Justin!

Hometown heating and cooling was prompt, responsive, and patient with our questions. We were pleased with how quickly they got our new system installed and we feel like we got a competitive price. My only frustrations were they installed our furnace but did not have a filter for it the day of installation. The unit ran without a filter and my family has allergies. We were unable to use the system that night (and it was hot) due to not having a filter. They did however bring us a filter first thing the next morning. They also left bits of old insulation and metal shavings in our garage and driveway. I have young children who run around barefoot so I was disappointed they didn’t clean up better after themselves. Overall a good experience, just a few areas for improvement.

Jeffrey was professional and efficient. He was able to quickly check and service our system and offer advice for possible upgrades in the future. No pressure to make any changes that aren’t needed right now, we really appreciated the honesty.

Michael was so friendly, super knowledgeable, and very skilled at explaining all about heat pumps, heating, cooling, etc. This was a really great appointment.

Justin was very freindly and professional - he explained everything that was happening and notified me of potential issues going forward so I won't have any surprises. Looking forward to working with him again as parts come in and installation takes place.

Requested an estimate for new HVAC system. Very responsive, respective, informative, on time, and nice. Hometown has done maintenance for years and are very good. The quote was better than expected but not the best quote.

Following up on installation is always a plus. Much integrity with this company. Each employee I've dealt with were positive, polite and took care of business, very family like. Not too many of these businesses left in this world, Thanks Hometown Heating and Air Conditioning.
