Hometown came out to inspect an A/C issue. Turned out that I needed to have the old ductwork replaced as it was falling apart under my house. Justin and his team did a great job and even pointed out a drain leak that needed attention.

My first experience with Hometown Heating and Air was great. We called them after going trough 3-4 HVAC companies over the past few years, never really finding a good fit, and plan on sticking with them long term. Alejandro was responsive and extremely thorough in his inspection. He took pictures of all readings and items of concern, which were then emailed, and he helped us prioritize the few items of concern he found, providing options and estimates for each, answering all of our questions along the way. At no point did we feel pressured or that anything was being misrepresented, both of which we’ve had occur with prior companies. We hope to utilize Hometown for the long haul.

Johny the tech was very knowledgeable and informative. He did his work professionally and in a timely manner. He explained everything to me and replaced the items that were failing but needed. I felt valued as a customer by this business.

1/11/23 Alejandro C was our technician. He was thorough, professional, knowledgable, clear and concise in his explanations. As Star members we pay less than $13 a month for two maintenance services a year and discounts if we need other work done. Over 12 years the company has been good to work with. Alejandro was excellent!

Hometown Heating and Air is a professional company and they hire good people who care about their jobs by doing what they are hired to do. They have taken care of our heater and air conditioning for at least 10 years and they seemed to have uped their game. This time our tech did an amazing job. More than just the routine check. He took his time, showed us everything he did and explained what he did. He went the extra mine in my opinion

Rueben was outstanding. Friendly, knowledgeable, highly skilled, wonderful communicator and very thorough. Went well beyond the usual servicing activities for A/C maintenance.....even crawled under the house to inspect the ducts, taking numerous photos along the way and then explaining everything to us in detail. Easily the best service we've ever received.
