Hometown Heating and Air Conditioning

I live in a two-story house that was difficult to keep heated and cooled. Seven years ago, I had Hometown Heat and air come out to review my system, which wasn’t efficient . The technician came up with this brilliant two zone system. I can control the upstairs and downstairs separately. It’s made a big difference financially and comfort wise.Hometown heating and air comes out twice a year to check the system. They are professional and prompt and have been very helpful. They take pictures of each part of the system and explain everything so that even I can understand! I highly recommend them.

Jake was outstanding in the thoroughness and professionalism by which he conducted today’s maintenance inspection. When he arrived he clearly laid out what he would be doing and at the end of the visit he took the time to explain what he had done and to visually show the placement and condition of my furnace components. ,y wife and I were very impressed with Alejandro. He was courteous, professional, thorough, and informed. After completing the maintenance, he went over all aspects of the service on our two furnaces, while showing photos. Finally, he informed us of needed further maintenance measures.

Alejandro C. came out for regular service and found out an issue with the furnace motor. Our furnace is 15+ years old. Hometown heating & cooling company tracked down the needed part and sent Alejandro to fix the furnace to work normally.
Alejandro was very professional and quick to complete the job. He had his shoe sleeves and after the work was complete he left our home neat & clean.
