Sean arrived right on time and was able to diagnose and fix an issue another company had been unable to figure out. He had the wiring issue corrected in about a half hour and our AC works better than it did before.

Service technician Alejandro Carmona performed maintenance on our AC and heating unit. Upon inspection he noted system condition and recommended preventative measures such as adding surge protector on AC unit. Alejandro after explaining benefits of installing surge protector we decided to move forward and have him install. He did a great job and quickly completed installation. Very happy to recommend Alejandro and Hometown Heating to perspective customers who need a new HVAC system or require maintenance to an existing system. Because they have knowledgeable, experienced professionals technicians.

Ruben, the technician, was great in all aspects. I would give him the highest rating. However, I didn’t appreciate the management not taking the responsibility of the new employee’s minor mistake. Prior to the service, I called to ask if I get 5% discount if I pay by check, and the employee who took the call said yes. When the service was done, Ruben was unaware of this and called the office to verify. The office listened to the recording and admitted to the 5% discount was agreed but blamed that it was their new employee’s mistake and they can’t give me 5% discount but willing to give me 3% discount. The amount was insignificant but the attitude of the person on the phone was demeaning and kept talking over me. I give their customer service a very poor rating and management less than desirable. If it weren’t for the technician, I would rate them far less than I did.

We’ve been using this company for years and are always pleased with the service we’ve received. Today was exceptional. Alejandro Carmona was our technician. He photographed and explained all of the maintenance he performed. In addition, a surge protector and UVC system were recommended. He provided explanation and cost without any pressure to purchase. He was friendly and respectful. Thank you!

Hometown installed a heat pump system in our home last fall and it has worked fabulous. Jonny was here today for a system maintenance appointment.
