Rueben was so professional, friendly and informative. He and his associate were very fast, yet complete. He even showed us pictures of the inside components of our unit which was helpful. I hope we get Rueben again, but that being said, all technicians have been very good.

Armani was professional, explained everything thoroughly and had pictures to show me exactly what he was referring to. We have used Hometown for several years and we have never been disappointed by the quality of their service!

Incredibly professional team! I don’t mind welcoming the various technicians into our home. Over the past 3 years there have been different people assigned but they are all very friendly, know our names, explain exactly what they’ve done and provide good advice. I’ve don’t usually pay for a maintenance program like this but I’m glad I did with Hometown Heating because they are reliable and given that I won’t get this on a regular basis this is a good value and a trustworthy team.
