Smart Heating and Air Conditioning

I want to give 5 stars to Ms Quinn, Her Customer service was amazing. However, not please with how the technician who did not even introduced himself, handled the “diagnostic.” He did a visual, he said he thought it might have a leak and that it might need anti freeze. That the unit was too old. He never even opened the unit, even though the it turns on. In 5 mins I threw away $95.. for a diagnosis of what “might” be. Waste of time and money. I do not recommend. The technician’s name is Frank which I later learn. Quinn rocks!

After getting bids from several companies, we went with Smart Heating and Air for our new AC and furnace. They had very reasonable pricing and a better understanding of the updates needed than anyone else we spoke with. The crew was very professional, clean, and quick with the install. I would highly recommend them.

The men who came to our house (Bennie, Emilio, Josh and Jose) were very nice, professional, timely and clean. They replaced our whole heating and cooling system in one day and also put in an extra air intake. I would highly recommend them!

I found their technicians to be very professional, friendly and highly competent. They discussed thoroughly what the issue was and gave me options on how to proceed. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future!
