Hometown Heating and Air Conditioning

After waiting without air conditioning for 3 days, they called and tried to reschedule. They told me I was being bumped me for existing customers. They have a problem keeping commitments and don't prioritize new business.

7/5 Update - Busy is understandable if you tried and were unable to provide service. However, this is a policy problem. You chose to break an agreement with a new customer to serve existing customers who called in later. Also, I had canceled my appointment and your team failed to follow through on recording that.

We have been very happy with Hometown and Alejandro did an expert job of not only thoroughly checking our system, but explaining and showing through photos what he had done. He is a very professional and knowledgeable technician.

Dylan has been very reliable ever since he helped us with our AC. I recommend him to all my clients and colleagues because he is honest and handles business! He went above and beyond for my family and I truly appreciated his work ethic!

Alejandro provided excellent maintenance for my hvac. He took detailed photos and reviewed each one with me, explaining the flow. He was knowledgeable and professional. Definitely would recommend his services and I’ve been happy with this business the past few years I’ve used them

The original inspector missed quoting for 2 separate systems. So when the tech arrived for the first service check he asked for double the fee. No one checked.
The service quality was good in the end.

Michael was wonderful. Friendly, professional, very knowledgeable. Spent plenty of time with us going over all the details: we never felt rushed or pushed. Great experience. We were really impressed with Michael!

Jonny was the best technician I ever had from this company! He was thorough, explained everything and suggested a cover for the A/C unit outside. Did both furnace and AC inspections saving me a whole morning the next day. An excellent, valuable, knowledgeable and personable employee!!! Ordered a new filter for heater too which maybe would help with dust causing allergies.

Jeffrey diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner, replaced the failed parts, and got the air conditioner working. He, as well as all Hometown Heating and Air Conditioning technicians are very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.
