    I was having problems with my NEST thermostat. I needed someone to determine if the problem was with my equipment or my thermostat. Eric was able to determine that the issue was with my thermostat (which was installed by me and still under warranty). Eric also pointed out a couple of safety issues with my equipment. I will have them come back and correct those issues when I get my new thermostat.

    This company is the best!
    From beginning to end, the professionalism and knowledge shown during the installation and to today’s maintenance is outstanding.

    Jesse was very conscientious. He explained every aspect of the investigation and the fix to my heater and let me watch the entire process. He also educated me about the difference in the effectiveness of various filters available for my unit and informed me about the Rowland’s annual maintenance plans and how they tie in with my manufacturer’s warranty, and he also informed me of LADWP’s free A/C Optimization Program. He took his time and checked my system 7-10x to make sure he located the problem and fixed it completely. He was very patient with my questions, and I had many. I was really pleasantly surprised with Rowland and would definitely use them again.

    I have had a Great Experience with Rowland when, purchasing both Heating & Air Conditioning units. It continued with the installation, and today, with a service call by Technician Rick Caron. As I am a senior (81), I especially appreciate Rick's patience in explaining his "expertise" and knowledge so that I may better understand the process of the problem. Rick called me twice to let me know when he was on his way, so I knew when I could expect him. I applaud him, and also, for the "Great Customer Service" from the entire Rowland staff!

    From our initial visit with Brett guiding us in designing an HVAC plan that fulfilled our needs to the completion of the job, we were impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of each member of Rowland Air. It wasn't a simple replacement; we needed some expert engineering that required additional ductwork and additional vents. Kelly was always friendly and efficient on the phone, calling us with reminders and handling scheduling. Cesar came out and did a complete walk-through and made sure we had a complete understanding of what our home needed to upgrade our system and save us money. When installation day arrived, Edward, Nick, Rafa, Izzy, and Marcos showed up with three trucks. Each member of the team was professional, polite, and they worked very well together. They worked happily, singing and playing music that was uplifting to all of us. They were friendly and involved us in each step. They took care to be clean and showed that they cared about the job they did. The installation was quick, efficient, and top quality. They took time to show us how to use our new equipment and made sure we were comfortable with using it before leaving. We would not hesitate to recommend Rowland Air to anyone!

    This was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Eric came and evaluated what we needed, quoted and walked us through everything we would have be to done. Scott then came and planned out the whole job to determine parts and work details. On the day that work was scheduled for they came on time thoroughly prepped for the job by placing down tarps and started to work. The crew was very respectful of our jobs because we’re working out of the house, our dogs and everything around the house. The crew was very polite and worked extremely hard. We would like to thank Izzy, Cesar, Nick, Eric, Scott, and Mike. Thank you for making what could’ve been a very stressful situation into some thing very wonderful. Now we have been enjoying a wonderful system that is everything that they promised it to be.

    Roland's team did an excellent job on the installation of my new central air and heating. They were well organized, clean, efficient, respectful and thoughtful. I expected a lot of noise and chaos but I hardly knew they were here. My new unit is operating perfectly. I would highly recommend them.

    I signed up for an air conditioner service appointment through the Lancaster, CA Costco about two weeks ago. Rick was the technician that was assigned to my job. He arrived on time and provided a thorough check and service of my system. What made the service call even better was that he explained everything he was doing and gave me an excellent overview of the components of my system and how they were operating/should be operating. You don't normally get this kind of in-depth tutorial from any type of service call. Turns out I only needed some minor tweaks. Rick did an awesome job. He was incredibly friendly, informative, and professional. I would highly recommend him and Rowland Air....in fact, I already have. He came out to check on my grandmother's system last night.

    Robert at Rowland Air took very good care of us during our estimate process, explaining a lot. Santa Clarita is about 10 degrees difference than Los Angeles, and there are many good, reputable air & heating companies in the area, but we had a good feeling with Robert’s step-by-step explanations of products and warranties, our location, and the ability for our existing ductwork to work with the new system. One-Day install of ac unit and furnace-coil. We are very satisfied with the outcome.
