This tech said heater shut down due to over heating due to using a high quality filter not letting enough air through the system resulting in overheating. The tech who installed the system never told me not to use this high quality filter which i had used for over 20 years. Also the installation tech did not tell me the AIR SCRUBBER filter would need changing every 2 years at a cost of over $400. This was a VERY SERIOUS OMISSION in his presentation of the product. I Have used Rowland over 20 years and always been very please except i feel like i was miss lead by the tech who presented the half truth about theAIR SCRUBBER. This after spending $12K on all new systems 2 years ago. It was not Jesus who was here yesterday.
Just perfect experience all around! They made sure we got a discount from Costco and sold us only what was needed which was just the new AC unit for upstairs. They were honest about the ducting we didn’t need, and tried hard to fit our budget the best they could. They didn’t pressure us to do unnecessary work and “sell” us anything more. Also, in the end, tried hard to fit our schedule for their installation before we left for vacation. They installed in a day with no problem because they know what they are doing! Professional and nice! Highly recommend!
I had Rowland air install my new air conditioning unit from Costco awhile back but had just completed a home renovation removing the acoustic ceiling and unknowing to me the dust and debris created an issue with the unit creating the need to deep clean it so it will run optimally. With complete professionalism and courtesy they came and cleaned my unit and provided photos showing a job well done. Thank you Rowland for your friendly competent service!

The technician not only arrived early but had the problem diagnosed and repaired while educating me, as I requested, in no time. I recommend Rowland Air strongly from the front office who handles my calls to every technician I’ve had contact with so far. The owners of this company are doing something right here and have earned my business!
we interviewed 4 other companies. Rowland was by far the most professional and offered us a 2 step solution starting with new duct installation to see how that addressed our problem. All the others only offered a full hvac replacement. Rowlànd said you need to do the ducts regardless so just start with this and see how it goes- you can. do the remainder later if needed . the cost will be the same either way - we just may not need full replacement. no other company thought to address this in such a manner possible saving us about $20k right now
Great service, I am very happy with how the old HAVC system was dismantled and the new one installed. Your crew headed by Jeff Newland was extremely professional and worked well together to get the job done as cleanly and efficiently as possible. I attribute this to Mr. Newland’s exceptional leadership abilities.
I also was very happy and impressed with the diagnostic services provided by Mr.Jesus Mora who identified the shortcuts that were taken by the person that installed the system. These shortcuts had put my house and I believe , my life in grave danger.
We originally used Rowland to service our old HVAC system that had unusual parts. It wasn’t an easy system to service. Rowland was able to handle it.
We eventually purchased a new dual zoned Lennox HVAC system in 2020 that required a major amount of updated venting in the attic. This was a major install taking several days. The design and installation went smoothly as did the permit process. All the vents required programming. They then worked with me to change programming on some vents based on personal preferences. Rowland has serviced my system ever since.
I do have one continuing complaint, and that is the excessive wait time for service. They are good, so they are very busy. I need to wait 5-6 days every time I need service. The system itself is very reliable, but Lennox pushes updates via wifi that sometimes affect my dual system settings. That wait is sometimes a very big problem for me, because I have a major autoimmune system disorder that affects my ability to regulate my body temperature. Excessive heat or cold can trigger a major weeks-long episode. The wait is usually not a big deal, but when my entire system is down, it’s a major health issue for me.
It would be helpful if they would develop an “emergency” payment tier for people with temperature related diseases.
Rowland Air was awesome ! Great prices & awesome work ethic from the team. The employees were super professional and took great care of us, they installed a brand new system in a day and a half, I would definitely recommend this business to anyone, thank you Rowland Air !

I was very impressed by a few things the tech noticed that were actually left off from a previous repair by another vendor.
