Rowland Air was the fourth company we interviewed for our AC replacement. During the first visit, service advisor Eric Haymann did a survey, measured the square footage of each room (no other companies did that), and asked us as many questions as we asked him in order to recommend the best options for us. Eric’s thorough, detail-oriented approach really stood out and gave us great confidence in the company. He also kept us posted in every step throughout the process. On the day of installation, a team led by Fredo arrived on time, and worked in a very efficient, well-orchestrated manner. It was a pleasant and rewarding experience working with the company. Rowland Air is very professional, knowledgeable and skilled at maintenance of our mini split system. Everyone at the company has been friendly and responsive.

I reached out to 4 different HVAC companies. While all the quotes were relatively close I decided to go with Rowland. The reason was simple. The other 3 companies just came out look at what I had and told me what I needed then gave me a price. Scott from Rowland came out looked at what I had and then spent almost 2 hours going over different pricing and options. One of the major things he covered was the permit requirement with subsequent follow up by a 3rd party to make sure the work was done according to the new laws. Not one of the other 3 companies even mentioned the need for a permit nor what laws needed to be followed to be in compliance. Scott made it easy to pick a company that I feel comfortable with and they’re also backed by Costco. Work begins on November 28 so I will do a follow up review about the installation process and how it went.

The service and product are top quality. I went through Costco which Rowland is there preferred vendor. The owner came by to evaluate my needs and Jeff was the installation manager on-site. His crew was professional and clean. Going through Costco saved additional money. Overall it was a great success and I would recommend Rowland and the work for anyone needing heating or AC work.

Incredible professionalism and honesty from Rowland Air Conditioning. Larry and Austin were a pleasure to work with. Nicholas, Derrick, and the whole installation team worked diligently to replace our ducts, furnace, and condenser unit in just 3 days. Not only we’re they fast but they were incredibly polite. We will work with Rowland Air again for our next home!
