Rowland Air

I had both an AC unit and Heating unit installed by Rowland. The installations had a number of problems. Within 7 months of installation the AC system was not working and the diagnosis was a bad installation of the circuit breaker. Despite this I had to pay $125 to have it put right. Not what I expected based upon the Costco sales contract.

The service manager at Rowland Heating and Air contacted me directly and took care of the matter. They took off the charge for my service given the circumstances. I really appreciated the help and follow up.

From our initial consultation through installation, Rowland Air offered us first class service. Everyone we dealt with was kind, knowledgeable, and competent. Our new top of the line AC system is whisper quiet and extremely efficient. Like other businesses during this pandemic, they have had to wait for equipment. I can assure you that we’re glad we waited.

The team that came to my home to install were timely, professional, knowledgeable, and super pleasant. I've had work done on my house a few times, and I will say, I was extremely anxious as I haven't had the best experience with other contractors. Rowland Air's HVAC installation team was a breath of fresh air. I am so happy that I went with them and would recommend them to anyone who is looking to service or install a HVAC system. For the record, I purchased a new HVAC system. Updated my thermostat. I am ready for the summer! Thank you Rowland Air team. And they did not ask me to leave this review, I was so impressed, I chose to share my experience here, as well as calling into the office. We need to be more intentional with sharing good experiences when they occur!

Rowland Air Conditioning did an amazing job getting us a brand new system! Eric Haymann came out, seen that our unit was done. He worked hard and got a very professional crew together the very next day! We are grateful for everyone that worked very professionally to make sure everything ran well. And we are comfortable in this Heat wave! I highly recommend this company!!

Removal of existing furnace and AC and installation of new units are satisfactorily done. Yes, the installers are cordial and knowledgeable.

My A/C was not working and I was scheduled for a day in the future. They had a cancellation and got me in 3 days early. Eric was my service technician and he and his assistant completed the capacitor change out in less than 20 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Today , June 25th 2022 was going to be 100 degrees and like most household appliances, they seem to malfunction on these days. My AC main switch blew causing a shutdown. I called and ask Rowland Air to put me on the cancellation list if one comes up or I face two brutal days without AC before the next appointment, I was lucky that they called back to say there was a cancellation. Two techs came same day and replaced the switch. Great service and great results. Thank You, #IwasLucky

Had my old unit replaced. Special thanks to Derek, Bryan and Cesar and the rest of the team, everything was smooth sailing and was done the same day. They are wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone that needs service done.

Rowland installed new heating and air con systems in both my home and rental unit in the past few years. Excellent service both places.

Today June 21,2021 serviceman Eric Heymann installed an air scrubber to my home system to filter the air after having had awful air during extended fires and generally bad air quality in the valley. I recommend Rowland highly and have referred them to several friends who have been equally impressed and satisfied with this company. So nice to have a terrific company that still values professionalism and great customer service.
