Technician Rick was very friendly, knowledgeable and communicated well as to what the issue was involving the heating system. I definitely felt comfortable and confident that i not being sold or shafted in any type of way. I highly recommend Roland A/C and heating.

Technician Gabriel was prompt and arrived when he said he would despite the bad weather. He was very professional and diagnosed the issue quickly. He was able to take the failed part to be repaired and returned quickly to reinstall it. Very satisfied with the entire repair process today. Thank You!

Rowland Air is an amazing Company to do business with. 5:30 pm Friday night I find out that my 96 year old mom was cold and that her furnace had stop working. I started calling heating companies, but all were closed. I opened up Rowland Air’s website and saw that they were open 24 hours. A text box opened and asked if I needed help. I text that I needed a technician to come on Saturday to service the furnace for my mom. I was able to schedule an appointment on Saturday all by texting. Saturday morning, earlier than expected Jesse showed up. The problem wasn’t obvious, so Jesse spent time tracing down the components to determine what was causing the problem. He was able to find the problem and correct it. We are so thankful he took the time to check everything and found the problem. He explained everything to me over the phone what he did and what he found. Jesse was very nice, polite and a good technician. Their rates are reasonable. I will not hesitate to use Rowland Air again and share with my friends what a great Company to do business with.

I have my AC system serviced by Rowland Air yearly. This was the first time Jesse serviced my system. Jesse arrived on time and was very professional for the outset. He explained exactly what he planned to do to my system and went right to work. I saw that his work habits were neat and methodical and he explained his findings throughout the service. He discovered some minor issues with my system and provided recommendations. He was pleasant and approachable as he answered my questions without hesitation. Overall great experience.
