12_19-20 I had a service call today for a little vent in ductwork and they showed up exactly on time and Gabriel did an excellent job. I'm going to have some future work coming up and Rowland air will get it.

So they called me up for a service call and I said why not.where I thought they were going to do a service check on both my heating and air conditioning units, it turned out that the special was only for one, the heater. I had him do both and paid the extra money. Rick was we real good and updated my systems and told me what I was going to need to get done and showed me why and it was a worthwhile education. I like the fact that he was honest, which exemplifies the entire company. I was very happy with the results. And it appears in a couple months he will have to come back and update part of my heating unit and keep me healthy. I recommend them.

Everyone at Rowland is amazing! They said they only had an appointment on Saturday, well, they came out Friday instead, fixed my air quickly and efficiently, educated me on what was wrong, and even gave me a coupon!

Very happy with the service and installation of my new air conditioner by Rowland Air. Brett, the Sales Rep explained what was needed and set me up with an installation date. Brett went out of his way to make sure that the installation date worked with my day off. The installation was fast and the guys were very professional. I would highly recommend purchasing the unit from Costco who uses Rowland Air. So happy to have a cool house with new technology efficiency.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Ricky came in and fixed my furnace Problems in less than 20 minutes. I had 3 people out before and not one of them could fix the problem all year. I will recommend This company to everyone I know and request for Ricky. He came in and found the problem in 3 minutes and fixed it within 17 minutes. I love this company

Disconnected and re-connected my AC unit for a new patio installation. It cost bit more than I expected. Erick and his colleague provided a friendly profession service. I have used Rowland Air for many years and have found them very reliable.

I don’t understand all the 1 star ratings on Yelp.
Rowland stepped up their game , or some of you Yelper’s don’t know how to rate.
From beginning to end our experience was great.
Brett started us off , Scott took measurements.
Julio and Juan installed a complete system including all new ducts in the attic. All done in 2 days as agreed. We did the Costco program.
Also all of the extra employees who came by to help were very friendly, they said thank you and good bye.
My wife was amazed by their friendliness.
We highly recommend Rowland.

During the 3 days they were here to install our new system, care and consideration was taken with our home’s carpet, flooring, & walls so as not to leave any damage. The installation team was punctual, professional, & very polite. My husband and I noticed the outside installation, when compared to original installation, was superior all around. Two managers even came out to inspect their work.

Apart from their work, the team was personable and at times very funny - so helpful in what can be a very stressful situation. I’m confident in our investment.

Obviously Rowland is a very busy business as they have a lot of 5 star reviews on yelp however I would have say 3.5 stars. They arrived after my scheduled 3 hour block and then when choosing an emailed receipt for services, got their covid policy instead? The tech was nice and thorough but obviously rushed since he arrived late
