My air conditioner had gone out. I stopped by Costco and they got me a quick appointment with Rowland Air Conditioning Co to give me an inspection and quote. I was given had quite a few options, all which were very reasonable. My representative, Robert, found a fast appointment installation date telling me he’d look for a faster day if he could. That was on a Thursday. That weekend we went through a heatwave—105/112. Praise the Lord—Robert sent us a team of 3 great guys installed our a/c on Monday. They did a great job. I would recommend Rowland and Lennox air conditioning any day!
Call on a hot Summer Day AC wasn't super cold new home just bought last month, the staff never asked me anything about my service history if I had a warranty or anything the rep said they did not have any service appointments available and put me on a waiting list for approximately two weeks then confirmed an appointment via text another two weeks out. When the technician arrived he was very polite on time and called prior to arrival. however he basically said it's a 125 nonrefundable fee for their service call and that he recommended me using my home warranty bc they do not accept home warranty work. I explained that the office did not inquire if I had a home warranty they didnt ask me anything they did not look up the service history on the home their technician declined doing any other service repairs or inspections and left after literally a five minute visual inspection and placed a temperature gauge on three vents. said i should call home warranty. That could have easily been explained over the phone had the rep done their diligence save themselves and me a pointless service call where they could've gone someplace else and actually made money and had a happy customer so even though he said the system looked OK visually the temperatures were about 10° higher so I'm left with the same problem and needing to schedule another appointment with a different company that does accept home warranty work. A month later!
Rowland Heating and Air is a great company. They do quality work, I had my A/C and furnace installed by them last April. Their employees are professional and punctual, I would recommend them to anyone needing installation or maintenance/repair for their A/C or furnace.
I want to say thank you so march to Rowland Air and your technician Gabriel. We will have a warmly holiday time. Gabriel gives me excellence service and professional rapier work. He is very courtesy and friendly. I will strongly recommend Rowland Air to my friend.
Very professional. Carefully explained details of the contract and what was going to happen during the entire process. Arrived on time with several workers, all of whom knew their job and did it. Had a small problem after the installation but were very responsive in returning for a quick repair. Probably the best experience we have ever had with a contractor.
This was my first time using Rowland to address an air conditioning problem. Rowland came with several highly recommended referrals, of which, I can honestly say was a great decision to contact them for my repair.
Eric, the technician, was extremely professional and skilled in resolving the issue upon his immediate inspection. He was upfront about what work needed to be done and the associated cost. Needless to say, I approved all work needing to be done to correct the problem with my AC. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service Eric provided and will definitely use Rowland on any future AC issues.
I'm giving five stars to the workers that installed our AC and our furnace. But I'm giving one star to the salesman. I asked specifically, will you fix any damage caused during the installation. I was given a resounding yes. Well that's exactly the opposite of what happened so that's why they only get a three-star. I would make sure to really watch what you agree to.
Edit: The installed unit was making a rattling noise, two technicians came out and "fixed it". A few weeks later the sound is back. This deal is getting worse every month.
